He was very receptive at first. He tried to get me to pay for dumpsters that he estimated wrong. He damaged my neighbors yard. Leroy wasn’t present to supervise his employees and they damaged my pool gate. They damaged my pool shed with a pressure washer, he didn’t cover anything when they were pouring the concrete so concrete splashed all over the surrounding property. They didn’t insert the latter mounts flush with the concrete and the ladder is now crooked . They damaged the entrance gate to my pool and I now have to have it replaced . And here’s the kicker, they cut my pool liner. Leroy said he would replace it but after he found out the cost he will not return my calls. I am contacting my attorney to pursue legal action for all of the damages to my property that he and his workers created. Stay far away from this guy. Very well, Leroy and his team did great work, cleaned up and immediately fixed any issues we seen. We are confident he will fix any defects if the occur. Looking forward to using Leroy and the team at Franks concrete to do some other projects for me in the near future. Fair competitive price for work done.

Franks is terrible - terrible work - terrible communication Messed up the concrete and cant get him to come back and fix it. Lots of excuses.

They ripped out all the old concrete and put in the new stamped concrete. He wanted $5000.00 up front in order to pay for all the concrete and materials. Three days before the project was done, he asked for full payment so he could pay the guys. He said he would come back and power wash the residue off and seal the concrete. He came back and did the work and told me to stay off it for a day which I did. After that, I noticed some issues with how the concrete was done and saw it needed to be fixed. I reached out to him about it and he responded that he would come back out to look at it. A week later, I sent him another text and asked him if he had come out to look at it. He said he was in Florida on vacation and that he would come back after that to touch up the spots. Two months later, he had still not come out to do the repairs. I texted him about still being in Florida. A month later, I texted him again that I was about to post negative reviews on social media. He finally responded and said he would be out next week and that he did not want to mess with it while it was still cold. Two weeks later, I sent pictures and said there were stains showing on the concrete and something needs to be done now. He said he was very busy and promised to come out as soon as he could. As of today, he has still not come out to fix the problems.

We hired this company to pour a slab of concrete for a shed. The gentleman was very courteous and did the job as described and we have no complaints. Would definitely hire again.
