Initially, Roy Burke (owner) was here with his workers. Then workers came alone. Decks were built onto slabs of concrete. Last year, I called Roy Burke 7 different times because 2 boards on the back deck were curled up and needed replaced. He never returned to make it right. THIS YEAR, BOTH THE FRONT AND THE BACK DECKS ARE SEPARATED AWAY FROM THE CONCRETE SLAB UNDERNEATH. THE DECKS ARE JUST HANGING IN MID AIR. THE BACK DECK IS WORSE. THE BACK DECK BOARDS ARE PULLING THE SIDING OFF THE HOUSE AND THE ENTIRE DECK NEEDS TO BE JACKED UP AND REPOSITIONED AWAY FROM THE SIDING OF THE HOUSE. HE COMPLETE IGNORES ME. NOW I HAVE TO PAY SOMEONE ELSE TO DO THESE MISTAKES OVER AGAIN RIGHT.
