Bob was very prompt in giving us an estimate. He was a bit later in starting the job than he anticipated but that is because he doesn't leave a job until it is finished. He is totally committed to the job on which he is working. He even met us one Sunday morning to help us pick out fixtures and cabinetry for the job. Just a consummate professional as are all the people with whom he works.
