Excellent! The plumber Chuck came and was very professional in his presentation. He answered all of my questions and the work was performed in a timely manner. I would most recommend Chuck for any of your plumbing needs.

Considering I forgot to have it done last year. Everything went fine. Chuck came on time as schedule. The receptionist call just before he came to make sure I was home and ready for him to come. While we were waiting for the hot water tank to drain we discussed another project I wanted to get done. By the time the tank was empty and refilled we had finish or discussing on the next project. Chuck left me with several ideas and said for me to call when I was ready to do the next project. I have had them out several times for different issues and the always treat me fairly and the cost of the service is always fair. I am looking forward to bringing them back for the next project. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good plumber.

Do Not Use This Company for Gas Lines. If you value your family / home. Mike came and moved gas lines and did not cap one line. The gas accidentally got turned on. I got sick and could have lost my life / home. Plus he did not light the water heater. My husband, who is 71, had to light it by laying on the basement floor, he had just had bypass surgery. Mike came back to fix the problems. I'm in my 60 and he made me feel very uneasy /uncomfortable. He blamed the gas leak on me , that he was not to blame for not capping the gas line. when I question him, he told me that the end was flared, that is why he didn't cap it. After that, I didn't tell him the other problems, just wanted him out of my house. Melissa Mcnabb told me they don't use, used parts but a week later she told my husband they do. I paid top dollar expecting new parts not my old parts and used parts. plus the work to be done correctly so I wouldn't have to worry about my life being put in danger. If I had known this before hiring I would not have hired. They don't stand by their guarantee; that says; if our plumbers are disrespectful in your home or you are not 100% satisfied you do not pay. They only paid us back $100 of a 627 bill. I guess that is all they value this potential disaster at, because of their plumbers incompetence. Mikes total hours worked was 2 hrs. 25 min. Material used at a 3 times mark up was about $90.

It went very well, from the initial call to the technician arriving. The technician was professional and explained all of the work he was doing while he was doing it. I was vey pleased with everything that was done and I will certainly hire this company again if needed.

Very friendly. Originally came to fix a leak and stayed to upgrade commodes in all three bathrooms. I'm happy with the work and professionalism but in retrospect the cost of parts seemed very high.

After thinking about it for a number of years, I recently took Bill's advice and installed a new tankless water heater. With 6 people in the home, hot water availability was always an issue. Long story short, we love it. No more arguments over long showers, the water is always right there. We have also installed a whole house water filtration system through McNabb Plumbing and the peace of mind that comes from knowing our water is safe is worth the price. Lastly, if you are simply looking for the lowest price, please do not call McNabb Plumbing. They are the company you call after you have used the lowest price plumbers for 3-4 times and the problem keeps coming back. Their prices are reasonable and fair, but their work is the true measure of their reputation. You only have to fix things once with them.

They did not provide the water heater unit I wanted nor what they said they would install - both different - pushed into the unit they had on their truck. They left the expansion tank unsupported - said they would return to finish - which they never did.

McNabb Plumbing was able to schedule a technician the same day to review the work and the work was completed the same week so I was very appreciative to be squeezed into a busy time of the year. Sean, Jonathan, and Mike were very professional, helpful, and friendly, walked me through what needed done, and laid out my options in an easy to understand way. The work was done efficiently and thoroughly and they even followed up to ensure I was satisfied with the work that was completed. I will be calling them again for future projects!

Woke up Sunday morning and flush the toilet and it over flow. Call W.J. McNabb after talking to the answering service. She said she would have a plumber call me shortly. I received a call from Mike he as me briefly what the problem was. I explain what happen and what I did and how nothing was happening. He said he would be on his way shortly. Mike show up unclog the toilet and flush it several times. He notice that it still was not flushing right. His suggest that the toilet will be fine but eventually it will need to be replace. It may work fine but tomorrow or the next day, next week or next week it will clog up again. I did have a toilet on the truck and could do it now or comeback someday next week. I told Mike since he was already here he mine as well change it. Well swapping out the toilet he notice the flange was not quite right. I had him replace that also. After a couple of hours he was finished clean up everything. He clean up everything real well.

I have so many good things to say about McNabb I don't know where to start. We have definitely found our plumbers for life! They were our 4th call after others were here for 45 minutes and said we have to dig everything up, so we wanted another opinion. They came out the next day earlier then expected after calling to make sure the time worked for us. Sean and Jon were great - super nice and explained everything we were seeing on the camera, and everything they were doing. They worked for about 3 hours trying to get to the source of the clog. They finally got through one part of it, but they just didn't bill us and leave. They asked us to run the water and washing machine to see if the problem was really fixed or if it would back up again. How awesome is that?! Sure enough they noticed that the problem wasn't fixed, and they said they will need to call in the big guys for their 2 cents. Mike came and he was another super nice guy! He talked to the guys and did his own investigating and explained his findings and options to us. He said that this fix might last a day, a week, a month or 5 years, he didn't know, but he'll call us next week and discuss more options. Sure enough, they called us (I didn't have to chase them down after it backed up again!) Mike and Bill (another super nice guy - are you noticing a pattern here yet?) came out the same day and discussed some more options. Yes, we have to dig, but we are starting to dig small first. They aren't running to tear my entire front yard out! No one else gave us that option of digging small and then taking it from there. And they tried so many other things first before saying the word "dig". Big difference!! The guys wore booties in our house, cleaned up after themselves, stayed until everyone agreed that nothing more could be done at that particular time, and were soooo nice to deal with! They told me that i pretty much met everyone at the company, and I honestly feel like they are treating us the same way they would treat their own family members. Stay tuned for further reviews as this project isn't done yet. I hope the experience continues to be this positive! PS- We even got a hand written thank you note for our business!!! Again - awesome!!

They are excellent. We use them for everything now because they were so responsive and did such a good job, and we feel so comfortable with them. They came when they said they were going to come and they did a good job. We had a couple of questions because my wife didn't listen when he explained it, but they came back out and showed us exactly what had happened and what the problem was, and how to not have that problem, and didn't charge us. Everything stands out. It was exceptional service, they explained the cost, and explained how long it would take. They explained everything before we started. We signed the paper after they explained everything so there were no surprises, no problems, and he was exceptionally friendly and nice. We feel very comfortable having him in our house. They aren't cheap but we get what we pay for. I dealt with a lot of plumbers over the years, and they are the only one I'll call. I wouldn't call anybody else back. I was really disappointed that they didn't do heating and air conditioning too because we did put in a new heat pump air conditioner and they told us they didn't do that so we had to find somebody else for that.

After Mike took a good look at everything that need to be done. He talk over with my brother and I about everything he was going to do and the cost. Then he went to his truck to see what he had in the way of a faucet. While replacing the faucet he notice a pan under the sink drain. I explain to him I had replaced the drain pipe due to corroding of the old drain. For some reason the new drain pipe I put in was leaking. So Mike said he would take a look at it and see what the issue was. After replacing the kitchen faucet and the drain pipe and putting in the shutoff values Mike notice that the water pressure was really high. After some investigating he installed a pressure reducing valve and it brought down the water pressure down to 80. Next I show Mike the outside value for the garden hose and the leaking problem. He replace that with a new value but not before showing us how corroded the old one was. Through every step Mike explain everything and made sure we were comfortable with what he did. I would highly recommend this company in fact while Mike was here we discussed future projects that need done. Mike even pointed out a couple of potential issue we will need to address in the future.

I called Mc Nabb plumbing with an urgent plumbing matter since I was only going to be in town for another couple of days, and they arranged for a team to come out that same day. Mike and Sean were both very knowledgeable, personable and professional. It turns out part of the problem was a blockage in a drain leading out to the street, which they took care of. The other part of the problem is still being resolved, and requires some decisions on my part on how to go ahead. I have been very impressed by the continued customer service and support they have given me regarding my questions and they suggestions and recommendations. I can't comment on price since I have no idea how much plumbers usually cost, but I think that $50.00 for a service call and $150 for the rest of the work is probably reasonable. And, to be honest, it probably was worth a lot more to me to get that work done since it needed to be taken care of before I left town! At the end of the call, they even left me a little packet with candies and lettuce seeds! Would definitely recommend!

Mike was very professional and personable. I didn't mind him coming over at all. As s***** as our day was, he made it go a lot better by being very knowledgable and professional.

It all began with a clicking sound coming from the outside gas meter. We called the local gas company to come out and check the meter. The gas company replaced the meter and before the gas could be turned back on they needed to check to make sure there were no gas leaks inside the home. Unfortunately there was a leak. The gas company could not turn the gas back on until the leak was found and fixed. As it was in the middle of winter we were in panic mode. At the suggestion of the gas company employee we decided to have all the lines replaced as they were very old. We contacted McNabb and within an hour Bill was at our home. Bill gave us an estimate and promised to have at least our furnace and hot water tank turned back on by the end of the day. Bill left to go get the supplies needed to get the job done and when he returned he brought 3 other employees with him. They worked all afternoon to get the job done on the same day. Nobody wants to work late on a Friday however these gentlemen did. Several weeks later Michael came back to our home to place tags on the main shut off valves to make it easier for me to know which appliances went with each line. If we ever have any issues in the future we will use McNabb again. We appreciated the exceptional service received by this company especially on such short notice.

I was expecting to have to have the front yard torn up, terra cotta pipe replaced - an expensive job. After examining the pipes, W J McNabb plumber concluded the blockage in the pipe was causing the problem, and flushed out the blockage with high pressure water. The job cost far less than I feared, and I'm extremely happy with the service.

I have used McNabb for many years in my home and for rental properties we own. He has also done work for my Mother who was up in the years. I always asked for Bill as I know and trust him. Yesterday, Mike was sent out to fix a small leak. He was great! He did a quick clean thorough job and even explained a lot about our system that I did not know. We also had Bill's team recently install a line for a gas stove as well as toilets for my Mom. They are not in the business to gauge! Pricing is very reasonable. I will never use anyone else. Highly recommend.

I have 't had plumbing work done in a long time, so cost-wise I have nothing to compare the prices with. Mike was great. He explained everything thoroughly, made recommendations with no pressure, told me how much each job would cost, did an excellent job, and cleaned up. I'm happy with all the new faucets, and it is wonderful to have everything in working order. The products I received are high quality and such an improvement over the old. McNabb charges $49.00 to come to your home (service fee) which I think is lower than most other companies.

2 hrs start to finish. Very satisfied.

It was a lot of work for not so big a price. I appreciate this company, good honest advice, excellent quality and fair price.

The first plumber was here within 1hour of the call of water in the basement. The owner was here about an hour or so later to confirm the problem of water coming out of the plastic pipe protecting the copper water main. He gave me an estimate and a time frame. Had to wait 2 days for 1-800 Call to mark other utilities in the dig area. Showed up at 8am on day 3 and were done by 4pm. Did not have to break up my driveway or walkway. Would recomend them for any plumbing work. Great guys.

It went ok. He got the clog out.. But, their ad says one amount per job! But he kept saying I wouldn't charge more since we are within the time limit. Also, They said $49 to come to the house, but never said it was another $149 just to run the snake in the pipe.

He handles my sewage lines. When I called him he was here in an hour. He remembered my house. He fixed all my problems. He came promptly. I was in a situation where I ended up figuring out based on him that I was using detergent that was clogging my drains every year. So, every year he comes out throws a camera down there and checks the line to see if I need hydro jetting to prevent future backups. This particular backup that happened on Sunday was because someone dropped something in the toilet. He was out here and got the problem fixed and he is delightful. He also offers a $25 coupon online. He accepted the coupon even on a Sunday.

The main sewer drainof my rental property was clogged. When the plumbers arrived I told him the sewer lines had all been replaced less than 10 years ago. The plumbers examined everything and discussed options with me. He felt the septic system was full, and might be causing the problem. He told me cabling the line may not solve the problem. I told him I would like him to clean the drain anyway. He explained all the pricing to me, making sure I knew exactly what the costs would be. They were very polite and thorough. He didn't want to go ahead without making sure I understood that it may not resolve the issue. He agreed to run a cable through the line to the tank.They cabled the sewer line from the house to the septic tank. He told me he hit a clog near the house and pushed all the way to the tank. He ran water and all the drains worked perfectly. Our problem was solved. I appreciated their honesty and attitude. I will call them for any future plumbing needs.
