I always use them they are a very good company.

They are very good, professional, and punctual.

They are excellent. They are cost competitive but it turns out if you get a package where you say I will do spring and I will do fall you know the twice a year you get a break on the two of them so they are much more than cost competitive. No body can touch them with a stick as far as pricing so they are just outstanding.

I didn't find them on Angie's List. I have used them for 15 to 20 years. They are local, I don't even know how initially I got involved with them. They answered right away. The work was done. He came when he said he was going to come. It was the middle of July and we had 90 degree plus temperature. I called at like noon on Thursday and they were like 'I can't promise you that we will get out there today.' I wasn't home. I told them that I was not going to be home anyway but I will be home tomorrow morning. She was like, 'Okay, we will give you a call.' They ended up not coming until like 4 O'clock on Friday. It was a whole entire day later. It ended up being fine but I felt like, 'well I called you.' I thought that it would have been one of the earlier morning appointments the following day since they were trying to get me in that evening. It was fine, I don't really care but it surprised me. I don't know how they prioritize. The cost was like $180. $80 was the service call. He had to bill something to put back in. I wasn't here but my husband was here. He said they used like three different pieces of something to rebuild it and put it back in. It is funny because like a week or so after that, I was going through some papers and I found that they came and serviced (we are on their service plan). They just came a year before and serviced it and right on the thing it said rusty carbonator. It was already rusty last year and so I guess that we shouldn't have been shocked that it broke. I didn't pay attention last year.

I was on their maintenance program and the cost was like $80. They came in the summer and did the air conditioner and the furnace in the fall/ winter. It was monthly, I paid $15 a month all year long. It wasn't like I paid it at the time. Different men come out and each have a little different take on what they are looking at.

it went spectacularly. I called on one of the hottest days during one of the hottest couple weeks of the whole season. I really expected to be told it would be at least 24 hours before they could get to me. The women who answered the phone was courteous and explained the process. She put me on the schedule and by 12:45 that afternoon the technician called and said he would be here in about 20 minutes. Once he got here he went right to is and was able to identify my issue almost immediately. His diagnostic skills were very impressive. He clearly explained what he found and his plan to fix it. I mentioned that I was concerned that I expected it to be more serious due to my lack of preventive maintenance. He immediately made me aware of a promotion that was available to have the A/C serviced and then have the furnace serviced in the Fall. The prices he quoted were very reasonable so I choice to proceed. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of Heating or A/C services. They were professional, courteous and respectful of my time.

We have the Reliable Homeworks coverage from Peoples, so I placed a call to their emergency number this morning, Sunday, July 24th, at approximately 10 am. They told me a rep from Wade Heating and Cooling would be giving me a call. At just past Noon I got a call from one of their techs in response to my request for service. He said that he was nearby and would be by my house in approximately a half hour. He did arrive in that time. I had explained to him what had happened when my A/C stopped working. He thought he knew what the issue was before he even got here. As soon as he arrived he got to work. Long story short, he had our A/C up and running in a half hour, by 1:00 pm, an hour after he called me back. Now that's what I call service. Wonderful cool air is coming out of my vents again and cooling my house back down, couldn't be happier. The tech was very professional and friendly, and obviously knew his job well.

For the original job they were here about a week, very respectful, and clean. They were on time every morning. They did what they said they were going to do and were a very good experience. The recent job was also well done and I had no problems.

Simply excellent. They were very professional, down to Earth people I felt I could trust. Their prices were very reasonable. They responded quickly. Everyone on the team was very knowledgeable and had excellent customer service. What a terrific company, and we're very happy to be warm again!

I was looking to bid out a commercial maintenance contract and was referred to Doug Sauers at Wade's commercial division. Unfortunately, they do not service the brand of HVAC unit that we have. However, Doug spent a lot of time working with me, and referred me to nine other vendors that do service our brand. He was extremely professional, friendly, and prompt. I'm sorry that they were unable to bid on this service because I was extremely pleased with the level of customer service that I received before I was even a customer.

They were professional and did a good job. I was hoping that it would be cheaper.

The service was terrible. The workers were very prompt. However, one of them took the wrong measurement and it would not fit. To fit it they did a very bad job on the steel metal work and there were air leaks. The air conditioning pipe was touching the gas pipe which should not happen. They did a very bad job. I will never use them again neither will I recommend them to anybody.

I called Wade Sunday afternoon and left a message regarding my furnace not blowing hot air. They returned my call Monday morning at 7:30. The technician showed up at my house at 8:00 and by 9:00 he had replaced the igniter on my furnace and looked at my humidifier, which hadn't been working for 2 years. After 10 minutes or so, he had located and fixed the problem with that too. I am very pleased with the response and will use them again.

What else can I say about Wade, they are the best! I WISH ALL CONTRACTING FIRMS WERE THIS GOOD!!! We had a couple warranty items that needed attention and John once again took excellent care of our situation and our home. They show a great deal of respect for their client?s homes and are ALWAYS attentive to our needs. I think this is how it should be, but unfortunately this firm goes against all traditional contractor rules. They will forever have our families business. Thank you Mr. Wade and Big John!

On the coldest morning of the season my furnace decided to stop working. I called Wade and within an hour they were here to troubleshoot the problem. The motor had gone bad in my 1987 furnace and instead of spending money on a hard to find motor I decided to upgrade to a brand new, energy efficient furnace. They installed the furnace and I had heat by 6 pm the same day. I was very impressed with their professionalism and general concern for my situation. I will definitely use Wade in the future.

Wade responded to my inquiry within a few hours and was able to schedule an appointment for the following day. As promised, the technician called to confirm within 20 minutes of the appointment. He arrived on time and was very pleasant and professional. He carried out his inspection and changed the filter. All was given a clean bill of health. I was very pleased and will schedule with Wade again in the Spring for annual inspection of A/C.

Our house was built in 1931. We have a gas boiler, and no way to install central air conditioning since we don't have ductwork in the walls. We've been using window AC units for many years, which are noisy, inefficient, and require occasional servicing and replacement. When we heard about ductless mini-split AC systems, we immediately did a lot of research, and based on recommendations on Angie's List, contacted Wade Heating and Cooling. Lon Auten promptly scheduled an appointment with us to go over our needs and give us a quote. His written proposal was received promptly. Due to the configuration of our house, he determined we needed 2 systems - a condenser with 2 evaporator heads on the first floor, and another condenser with 3 evaporator heads on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Because we were in the middle of a remodel on the 1st floor, he arranged for two separate install dates, which allowed the 2nd and 3rd floor units to be installed immediately, and the 1st fl installation to be deferred and worked into the construction schedule. The installers, led by Ryan, arrived as scheduled, were professional, neat, and very competent. I can't recommend this company highly enough - although it was expensive, we are thrilled with the end result. Our house feels like it has central air, and we have the added bonus of the units being able to provide supplemental heat in the winter if desired. We'll be using Wade Heating and Cooling for all our future HVAC needs. Top-notch company and experience.

They were wonderful. They had one employee complete the work in less than an hour. It's a local family- owned company. They were recommended to me by others.

The installation went very well. Wade showed up on time both days, did what they said they would do, and cleaned up afterward. The installation looks very well done. They were very helpful in answering questions when they came out to give the estimate and made it easy to determine which unit was right for the house. I would use them again.

Wade went above and beyond to deliver a quality product. Quoting process was easy and vendor provided a detailed scope of work. Parts arrived quickly and service was scheduled without any delays. Installation took longer than expected due to complexities with my house but no additional charges were incurred. Installation team used plastic and tarps to ensure my white carpet stayed clean. Overall I am very satisfied with the result and would recommended Wade without hesitation.

zoned I can?t express enough gratitude to John, Bob, and the remainder of the Wade crew. First, this was not an easy job by even the furthest stretch of the imagination. Our home is a renovated 120 year old Victorian and it presents multitude of challenges that the majority of HVAC contractors would not be able to handle, or properly address. We visited with the top eight HVAC contractors listed on Angieslist, but not one was as thorough or professional as John. John was also hands down the best in terms of customer service, detailed design, follow-through, attentiveness to detail, and patience. His crew, led by Bob, were neat, tidy, quiet, and knowledgeable. They minimized any additional construction to our home throughout the entire install, so much so that I am a bit shocked. There are quite literally zero remnants of what they even worked on during the week their crew was in our home! Having dealt with many a contractor in my years, this firm is a 1%?er, and what I mean by that is the other 99% of firms out there would never achieve this level of professionalism, efficiency, and quality end product. Our home is so much more comfortable now temperature wise and I must admit, it was a little hard to imagine this happening given all the limitations the Victorian presented, but John and his crew pulled through and did a stellar job. There may be another 1%?er HVAC firm out there, but our family will never need to look again and Wade has gained our trust and business for life.

We were called around 5:30 and asked if someone could be at the residence. We met the repairman within a half hour at our condo. He was very friendly and quickly evaluated the problem with our air conditioner. The repair went smoothly. Upon completion, he explained the charges on the bill. The whole experience was positive. We would definitely use this service provider again.

I was very pleased with the whole experience. I had ask Wade to come out and give me a quote on replacing my 40 year old furnace and the six year old heat pump. The heat pump was not old but was causing me a lot of problems. John arrived and looked over the system and even though I was willing to replace the heat pump they assured me that it didn't need replacing and could be repaired. The price they quoted based on other quotes was very fair. Included in the price was a condensing unit for the heat pump and purging of the Heat pump system and new refrigerants. The day of the installation the two installers arrived promptly worked all day and completed the installation by late afternoon. The installed the furnace, heat exchanger, condenser, ultraviolet light, new duct work, and auxiliary equipment. They also purged the heat pump and added the new refrigerant. Toward the end of the install Matt arrived to adjust the oil furnace. The day after the installation John returned to further adjust the furnace and heat pump. He spent the best part of the morning checking over the system with specialized equipment and making sure everything was working as specified. The system has been working well even the repaired heat pump. The personal I dealt with at Wade Heating and Cooling were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The best part of the experience was they didn't try to oversell. They presented several options and I selected what I wanted, I never felt pressured.

On a cold winter Saturday my furnace stopped working. I called Wade and had an emergency service set up in minutes and had a very professnal technician at my door within 2 hours. Excellent service!
