I dropped off the unit to be repaired and was called a few days later that it was ready to be picked up...even earlier than the date stated at the time I dropped it off which was great. They seemed knowledgable about the product and it's been working well since it was repaired. Should I need to have our mower or other piece of lawn equipment serviced I would return to this locally owned business.

It went great. They picked it up on Monday and returned it on Friday just like they said they would. They kept in touch and were very friendly. When they dropped off the tractor, the owner John stayed for 10-15 minutes and gave me an overview of how to do everything myself in the future. He gave me operational tips, storage tips, and was very professional.

It took a little longer than what I had anticipated. The device worked well after I had them service it. I would use them again.

I had my lawnmover serviced and a part (shield and wire to protect feet on back of mower) was missing.  Kuhlman's ordered the part without checking with me first.  The part was $25.00,  so I didn't mind however the part took about 6 weeks to get in.  After about two weeks, I called and Kulman's said they haven't received the part and it should be in shortly.  Meanwhile we had one of the wettest springs and my grass is growing higher and higher.  I called again,still no part, they said they will call me when it arrived.  Finally after about a month I called and asked Kuhlman's if they would call whom ever they ordered the part from and track it for me (which I thought they should have done from the start...DUH!!!) they did and I had my part within a few days.   The kicker is the second time after using the mower the shield fell off.  I paid $70.00 in labor.  I took the mower back to Kuhlman's, they blamed my mower for being a "big box store mower and that is how they make these things now".  Needless to say I fixed it myself and I won't be using Kuhlman's in the future.  I thought their customer service is extremely poor.

We do a lot of comparison-shopping and we really feel that we got quite a bargain with them. Their prices are great. Their follow up and maintenance is great. They took it upon themselves to investigate and compare the best products for what I needed. We think most people would try to sell you the most expensive as opposed to what is going to work the best for you.

The lawn mower would not turn off properly. Kuhlman fixed the off switch and did a tune up on the lawn mower. They were friendly and the price was in the range they advised of.

They were a very friendly and punctual service.

GOOD POLITE SERVICE. HAD TO WAIT 2 WEEKS TO GET LAWN MOWER BACK BECAUSE OF PEAK SUMMER SEASON.

ALTHOUGH KUHLMAN'S DOES A FINE JOB, I THINK THEIR PRICES ARE VERY HIGH, AND YOU HAVE TO WAIT A LONG TIME TO GET AN APPOINTMENT. ONCE THEY CAN FIT YOU IN, THEY GET IT DONE QUICKLY.
