FALCONI'S MOON TOWNSHIP FORD

The service was okay, but I quit taking my car there because I felt one of the salesmen was very unethical.  My car was in for an oil change, and I got a call from him at work.  He said he had a customer looking for a car exactly like mine (loaded 2011 Ford SES) and wanted me to consider trading it in.  Of course, he promised he could give me an excellent deal on a new car.  He then went on to mention the condition of the car, inside and out, and even knew where I had bought it and the price I paid.  I was taken aback, but thought he must have access through Ford to have gotten that information.
When I picked up the car at the end of the day, the items in my glovebox had been gone through and papers that were in the owner's book had been removed.  These papers included the sales receipt for the car, which tells me that is how he found out where it had been purchased and for how much.  I reported him to the dealership and they just brushed it off.  In my opinion, that meant they support these actions, which I consider to be unethical.  Just because I put my car in for service, it doesn't give one of the dealership's salesmen the right to go through my car to get information so he can try to sell me another car.  I began taking my vehicle to another dealer after that incident.

I have had no problems.
