Randy did a great job! He was punctual, friendly, and professional. He pretreated the entire area of carpet initially, then steam cleaned it. He was thorough and cautious. The carpeting and chair look very clean. I also thought the price was right and the work itself was of high quality. I would definitely use this company again for carpet/upholstery cleaning.

They were very professional, put guards down to prevent scratches on walls, very cautious.
