They did a great job from start to finish !  No issues whatsoever with the project.  Very professional, considerate, clean, quality workmanship, highly recommend!!!

They fit my work in between their larger jobs.  They were always available for questions and they followed up with me after the job to make sure I was happy with the work.

I would definitely use them again for other projects.  I found a level of trust with Anderson that other contractors are unable to fulfill.

Our gutter was falling off of our house after a rain store.  Anderson Construction resecured both our front and rear gutters as well as cleaned them out for us.  They also informed us of a spot on our roof that needed immediate attention and was honest about the condition of our roof.  We were ready to replace our roof, but we were told we had about 4 more years of life left in it.  The place were the tree had rubbed a hole in the roof was patched up with shingles left over from an existing job (they didn't match exactly, but were close enough) and they even cut the tree back for us that did the damage.  They also noticed a place on our roof where we may have been taking in some water near our flashing?  I was informed that they sealed that up as well.  They did a very thorough walk through of the roof and made us feel confident in our decision to wait on it's replacement.

We had a representative come out to give us an estimate on new siding damaged by a fire.  Representative said he will get estimate out to us since we had to get it back to our insurance company and attorney ASAP.
It has now been almost 2 weeks and we have not received anything.  I have emailed them. called them, and left voice mail.  Was told that they would get it over to us that day since it is holding up our case.  To date, have not received anything.  No quote, no estimate, nothing.
We have no choice but to use someone else. If this is how they treat potential new customers - how do they treat all customers??  Can not recommend.

Good attention to detail and high-quality on each phase of the job. Good sense of urgency on getting jobs scheduled. Workers were courteous and kept a fairly consistent schedule. Business owner would check in periodically to make sure job is running smoothly and on time. Overall communication was good but on a couple of occasions I needed to make extra phone calls to determine if workers were going to come on a particular day. Owner is really friendly and conversational but at times it seemed like what should have been a short informational meeting turned into a lengthy one. Would have preferred a more concise approach. But overall I was very satisfied with all phases of the business relationship.

Once the weather cooperated it went smoothly and quickly.

Everything went extremely well.  The owner responded immediately to my request for an estimate and brought samples of roofing tiles to my house along with information on the services they provided.  The work was performed on the day for which it was scheduled, with no delays or problems.  The roofers were prompt, efficient, and hard-working.  They cleaned up the property when they were finished and they were a pleasure to deal with.  The brick layer also did an outstanding job in rebuilding the chimney.

Everything went well. I am very pleased with their work and service.

called on Sunday - they responded monday by 9:30.  The repair person actually showed up on Tuesday and did more than I had asked for so that I would get my money's worth out of the minimum service call fee.  He was a hard working "old school" kind of guy.  These guys are great!

Anderson Construction exceeded my expectations!!!
I asked them to provide a quote to do vinyl siding on my house as well as repair existing siding that had fallen off.  They provided me 2 different options - one that was actually wrapping the front with aluminum and would make it look exactly what I had or do it in vinyl siding and would be similar to what several others had on my street. This option was about half the cost but was still a very good option. I decided on the less expensive option. About 2 weeks after I told him he had the job the 2 that did the job came promptly and did a fantastic job all the way around.  I also had a cracked vinyl siding corner edge that they fixed with a metal patch,  I then asked them if they could also vinyl side my bay window. Ron gave me a price to do that and then they did that as well -
this was a lot more work than I thought.  It looks great too.
All in all, it was a great experience and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
I also found out they do windows and  roofs.  I will definitely give them first preference when I need to get these done.

We were looking to move in 2010 and found (what I thought was) our dream house. Shad arrived at the location at our request to give us an estimate for any work that may need done. He was very honest with us, despite my love for the home, in telling us that the repairs would be extremely costly and would take a very long time. In other words, RUN! We did and it was a fantastic decision. In 2012 we decided to add a deck on to our new build. Shad worked with us and went above and beyond in meeting our needs and extra wishes! Mike and Dan were the guys who were here the most. Building. In the hot sun with an exhausted, pregnant client. Not only are these men extraordinary CRAFTSMAN but extraordinary men as well. Our deck is sturdy and flawless. Half of the deck is under a custom roof. There is also pretty extensive electrical work. It's my family's relaxing oasis. I have several family members from other parts of the country who are proprietors of their own companies and validated the build and finished look of our deck. The cost was a very small amount over other builders but worth it! Mike & Dan came every single grueling day at 830am and stayed until ATLEAST 430pm. There was never an issue or horror story to tell! The deck was along the line of Trex but was a different name. We decided to have Anderson back to install a storm door and a more secure basement to outside door just a few weeks ago. Ron came out this time to take a look at our situation to see how he could meet our needs. While examining possibilities for the back door, he noticed that it appeared that someone tried to breech the door and enter. He then offered solutions that addressed our concerns such as safety as well as the overall look. He shared several options with us and we chose a solid door that would be pretty difficult to breach. He also suggested adding a peep for extra peace of mind. Identifying an issue, offering a solution, implementing the solution- that's the name of an "A" game. We were blessed to welcome the return of Mike & Dan. Mike did the majority of the work and called for assistance to get the work done more quickly and two pairs of eyes are better than one! It's the mark of a quality person to ask for assistance. In the end, I was left with a gorgeous storm door (which Ron picked up for us at Home Depot, saving us a trip!!!) and secure and sharp back door! The work was done with the skill that only a true craftsman could perform. These guys aren't fly by night construction workers, they offer a true skill and it shows! I only wish our home builder exhibited the same skill and PRIDE in their work. I am honored to write this review to endorse Anderson Construction. Remember, you get what you pay for. Hire them, you won't regret it!!

I think they did a great job. They were professional, they were on time, they gave us the quote which seemed reasonable, and then they came and did the work promptly.

I have been using Anderson for years on various projects in my home.  Several years ago, I had a basement remodeled into a family room with a powder room - excellent outcome.  Two years ago I had them put on a new roof - excellent job.  This year we had new gutters put on - excellent outcome.  My husband and I are very pleased with their work, professionalism and follow-up.  I would definitely recommend.

I called them for a quote to get my siding repair. Ron from Anderson Construction told me that my place was a little out of their way but that they could stop by at a later day. He knew that the problem was likely minor, gave me a likely quote and offer to fix it on the spot if there were no other problems found. I told him that I would like for them to get it done and they did.

Got a response the following day from my initial call.  Employee showed up the next day and called me from the roof to describe what he was seeing.  Fixed leak so everything went as planned.
