It went well, he agreed to come the next day, it was raining, so he pushed the time off a few days, since the spray would get washed away. He took the time to tell me about the treatment. and what he said was not all BS like some people can be.  I was happy with the service, I will probably have hm over ever year to prevent the spring ants.

No problems, came when he said he would and finished the job quickly.

On both occasions FANTASTIC.    Somehow a Rat got into my house and got stuck in the ceiling.  I texted Sunday night and Rex was at my house the next morning.  He took care of the problem.    Rex also does our quarterly extermination services.  He is flexible with scheduling, does an excellent job, and we have few if any pests.  The rat issue was a fluke, all related to a near-by neighbor not disposing of trash correctly.    You won't find a more affordable, experienced, efficient and effective exterminator than NAM.  I wouldn't use anyone else.

I would give them two thumbs up! He was a personal referral and he did the job well. He really did a good, quality job.

I've worked with NAM twice, this was the second time.    When I first started working with NAM, I been in my house at just a year.  Prior to that the house was vacant, so mice had taken up shop in the wall, the spiders seemed to be pretty happy, there were those nasty "thousand leggars" (that look like centipedes but aren't) and lots of ants, outside and wanting to come in. Then there was the wasp/hornet/bee issue in my courtyard.

I called NAM and Rex did an excellent job assessing my home.  He answered all my questions, and even showed me the correct way that mice traps should be set.  Who knew you shouldn't give them THAT much peanut butter.  This time around Rex brought better traps, so I no longer need to bother with this, but it is good to know the right way to do things!

Since my first treatment my house is like a different place, and I am loving it!  I definately saw a difference with the pests from the first time to the last.  And Rex cared to ask me about this as well when he came today.

And NAM will set up with you quarterly so that you can be on a regular schedule of treatment.  Today was the second one, and all is good with being ready for the mice and spiders as the weather turns colder.

I would recommend NAM to anyone who is looking for qualified, affordable and effective pest and extermination control.  Thorough, professional and very friendly.  He is incredibly responsive, and even called me to confirm he would be coming by today (making sure I remembered it was time for my quarterly treatment).  Rex even fixed my screens as he was looking around the windows for bugs and spiders outside the house.   One was actually coming off and ready to fall out!  He took an extra 7 minutes to fix this, which I much appreciated.  That is what I call customer service.  A+++++ for NAM
