I called on Wednesday and left a message.  I received a return call within an hour.  He came down the next day and treated the nest.  I have not seen 1 bee since.  The provider was right on time, informative ,professional, and cost was reasonable.  I am going to get a contract with NAM to service my home 4 times a year.  The safety of the products he used was a huge plus.

Rex returned my call within the hour and was out the next day to do the job.  I was extremely pleased with the job and would highly recommend his company.

After making contact with the Nam Exterminating Company, the owner was at my door within the hour.  He thoroughly sprayed the nest, and explained that within 5 days all the hornets would be dead or gone and then he'll return to remove the nest for me.
What I liked about this company is that the owner, name is Rex, responded promptly to my call.  He's very nice, personable guy.
A professional in every way.  I found him on Angie's List and chose him because 49 customers out of 49  gave him the highest rating and excellent reviews.  Plus he earned the Gold Star Award. With my rating today, Rex now has 50 Angie customers giving him an overall "A" rating.  I would hire him again.

I can't say enough positive things about this company. We had termites and they came out and showed me all of the areas that were affected by the termites. We were going away and the owner made sure that the work was done before we left. He and his son were punctual, pleasant and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them and will use them again if we need an exterminator.

The NAM professionals were wonderful. Very professional. They took care of the nest and promised to follow up (at no extra charge) to ensure the wasps were gone. Our gutters were repaired the following week!! Excellent company. Would gladly recommend them to my family and friends.

Very well.  Rex was knowledgeable, professional, responsive and friendly.  He sprayed all 50 holes and we have not had a bee problem since his visit.  He also sprayed for carpenter ants while he was here.  My neighbor had a bee problem as well, as carpenter bees were eating his deck.  He stopped for a visit while Rex was here and they immediately went to his house where the bee problem was also addressed to my neighbor's satisfaction.  I just found a bee nest in the side of my mother's house and will be calling NAM Exterminating again today!!

Rex was on time and very friendly. He sprayed around the exterior of my house. Haven't had any problems with insects since.

Over the weekend we noticed one very large hornet's nest.  Called company first thing Monday morning and left a voice message.  Rex called us back within an hour or two [he was in the field on a job] and we discussed the issue.  He did not have his schedule in front of him, and promissed to call back, which he did within 15 minutes.  We agreed that Tuesday afternoon would be mutually convenient, and he and an associate arrived early Tuesday afternoon.  
They went about the task of spraying the nest, and were careful to cover the air conditioning unit and generator with plastic.  Because hornet's nest have become a particular issue [we live in a rural area in the woods] of late, he checked around the entire house and found two new nests in the earlt stages of formation.  He treated them as well.
He provided verbal instructions as to what to do and watch for, and stated that in the unlikely event the hornet's are not killed and or return, he would return and re-treat the nests at no additional charge.
