I’ve had excellent service from them over the last 6 to 8 years. They used to be terrible. It was a poorly run family operation and now it’s been transformed. I get very good personal service from them when I need something. The service guy that I’ve dealt with, there’s been two or three of them, has been excellent. I haven’t had a lot of interaction with the office staffs. The one girl, I don’t think she’s working there anymore, she’s not in the front desk but she was very helpful. Let me give you an example. I had a trouble with the modem. Their office is within a couple of miles from my house and I took the modem there. I told her I was going to replace it with one of my own but they’d loan me. She said to take one of theirs till I get mine. I asked if she wanted a deposit but she said to just take it and that was it. When I got mine in, I just took it back. Things like that won’t happen with other companies. There is some advantage to having a small, local telephone company I guess. I’ve had good service. The service people have been very good.
