Concrete Driveway Service
Originally the work was fine, until the concrete started to chip approximately 9 months after installation. After repeated phone calls to Brian Greenlee, the installer, I received no satisfaction in repairing the chips and expansion joints. I wrote a registered letter to Mr. Greenlee, and a copy to the PA Attorney General, stating my dissatisfaction with his lack of a solution to my problem. After receiving my letter threatening to sue for repairs, Mr. Greenlee contacted me and seemed to take delight in the fact that he had sold Custom Concrete Technologies, and therefore was not liable in honoring my 10 year warranty contract. I have been left with no legal recourse to have my driveway and walkway repaired. To my knowledge, there is no Custom Concrete Technologies in the Pittsburgh area.
