I was very unsatisfied. He was recommended by someone close to him, so I considered him a safe pick. After our first meeting, I was given a written estimate. After further discussion, I agreed to the work/estimate and we set a start date which was about four weeks away. He advised me what materials to buy in the meantime (floor tile, exhaust fan, etc.), and I purchased everything. During that time I had some questions about the materials and the tile design, so I called and emailed him and he never responded. The week he was supposed to start work he just didn't show up. He never called or contacted me in any way.
