We started the process in early August ,two people have come out to look at the project.Yesterday after we paid $10,000 deposit (and they cashed) the general manager called to say their is a change order and it will cost another $3200 for a roof dormer.This was not explained in original contract about additional cost arising.After agreeing to a price of close to $40,00 for a sunroom and deck I am getting a little leery of this company.We asked if permits were filed yet and they said no,originally we were told permits would be filed immediately in August.I will rerate after work is completed
