KB Electric's technician called ahead and arrived on time. He assessed the failed motor situation and we discussed options given one motor had failed of the three installed. We agreed to replace all three motors. A total job cost estimate of $1,500 was drafted on the spot and I signed it. The technician left our home and was able to source all three motors. He returned 40 minutes later and installed the new motors. He was careful (and high efficient) while working in the attic and had all motors replaced in roughly 1 hour. Upon my examination (in the attic) I could see the new motors are are of good quality and run much more quiet. Well done KB Electric!

KB Electric encountered some problems installing the fans they chose in our bathrooms due to radiant heat in the ceiling. I give them a lot of credit coming back out twice to help remedy the issues we had and give us the best possible result given the limitations. I would and will hire them when I need further electrical work.

Service is impeccable. Everyone is prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and very fair in pricing. We have used KB on multiple properties and will continue to do so. Highly recommended.

Went very well, KB came out and dug a new trench from a breaker box, did all junction wiring and both ends and completed the job on time. Price was reasonable and lower compared to a previous quote.

Had Fire alarms installed and the work was outstanding. Arrived when scheduled and the work was done professionally with no hidden charges. Plan to use them for future electrical needs.

Jake and his assistant did a great job handling all of our tasks. They did a great job keeping me informed with the work and our preferences. In addition, they were thorough and kept everything clean when performing the tasks we needed. I would highly recommend them and will use them again for future projects.

Things went very well. I called several electricians, as I wanted the work done as quickly as possible. I called early on a Friday afternoon. Only one called back that day (and KB called within about 15 minutes). Info was taken and I was told I'd be contacted by a Master Electrician soon. About 10 minutes later, I got a call getting some more details, and I was asked if Monday afternoon would be soon enough. Monday morning, I got a call from the electrician coming out, asking if I'd prefer an earlier appointment. I did and 30 minutes later, Jake was there to evaluate and quote prices. Prices were fair and Jake worked quickly and got the job done. Everything looks great and works well. I'm quite satisfied and would hire KB again for any electrical work I need to outsource.

They were extremely fast (they were at our house 2 hours after i called), explained exactly what happened, and fixed the issue in a way that would make it easiest for the HVAC person to install a new water heater. I would definitely hire them again!

KB Electric scheduled an appointment to repair the box for two days later and called back when they had time open up to offer an appointment a day earlier. He was prompt, fast, and did a nice repair job with solid longer lasting parts.

Arrived on time, everything works and electrician left house as he found it. I don't know if $150 for that work is competitive or not, however, I had called another electrician from your list and he didn't respond for a week, after KB had completed the job.

Excellent. I called last Thursday and made an appointment. Fifteen minutes before the appointment Will Hughes called and gave a 15 minute window, and he arrived on time. He was very friendly and we got down quickly to talk about several projects I had in mind. I had already determined the most pressing safety matters so I got an estimate on those. He wrote it up immediately and I agreed to the price. He had to step out briefly to pick up one part for the breaker box but otherwise he was equipped to handle the job. Will patiently answered my novice questions and gave me a couple of tips to boot. I'll be calling KB and Will back for future needs.

They were so awesome. They came right out and handled my problem and when I need something else to complete the job they came right back out the next morning to handle that also.

My mum was home for the job. She said Mike was very polite, well mannered and professional. Laid out a work sheet at the sun room and dining room area. Every time he left the house he took his booties off and upon returning to the house, put the booties back on, which is very much appreciated. Furniture that was moved to do the work was returned to their original location after work was completed. Area was cleaned up before he left. Quality of work is good. Time taken with installation. I was pleased with the service.

I was trying to replace a light fixture and a rusted screw broke off from the junction box. So I called KB electric and an electrician called me and gave me a price over the phone. Scheduling was easy and I had an electrician within 3 days and it took about an hour to complete the job. The electrician was very courteous and pleasant to deal with.

It went great! They were on time and very friendly!

I don't usually write reviews but have to give 5 stars for their excellent service.  The entire process was smooth and straight forward.  Their price was reasonable. The field technicians ( Mike and the other young guy) did a wonderful job replacing the ceiling fan. They were also courteous and patient to answer all my questions. They kept my place neat by wearing booties to the house and cleaning out all trash.
I finally found an electric service I could count on!

William came out to review the details of what I wanted completed and provided me with a reasonable quote.  William was able to schedule the work in a week of when I called him.  William and his apprentice were at our house for 8 hours and finished our long task list in that time.  William and his apprentice were both extremely friendly and courteous, and took care to reduce any mess from drilling and cutting through our drywall to set up the lighting.  They cleaned up everything after completion and spent time walking us through their work.     I would certainly call KB first if I have any other electrical needs and would highly recommend them to anyone.
