"Vishal, Thank you for your kind words about our family company! We are family owned and operated and treat each and every customer and their home as if they were our own. If there is anything else you should need in the future, please do not hesitate to call us at 800-***!"
"Yolanda, looking into your file, the pictures you have sent to us and your situation we would like to clear a few things up. From public records your house was built in 1910, so there is no telling when that floor was actually poured, but it appears to be an original pour which is called a *Rat Slab*, which is very thin, and living on top of a dirt bed. What you are seeing is moisture that wicks up from the dirt through the slab, which is why we had recommended a dehumidifier. The waterproofing system that you had installed will relieve any hydrostatic pressure in the basement, which is why you are no longer seeing any puddling, but it can not relieve moisture coming from the slab 2-3 feet away from the system. We suggest that you either have a dehumidifier installed or paint the basement floor so that the moisture issue you are seeing can be resolved. We hope this helps with your issues and any further questions please feel free to call us at 800-XXXX"

"Tam, We would first like to start off by apologizing for negative experience with our family company. This is not the experience we wish any of our customers to have. With that being said, we would like to address some things in your review. Our inspectors typically give a window of time a job can take, but that is not typically exact as they do not know exactly which crew will be sent and how many men work on that crew. The dates are simply estimates to help you plan in case it does take more than one day. As all of our phone calls are recorded, we would like to point out that our Service Assistant first spoke with you on August 15, 2019 when you first called in, took a message for the Service Manager and asked for pictures of the work so that we could get someone out to correct these issues for you as soon as possible. Once we received those, we scheduled you that same day for August 22nd. Unfortunately, the crew who would be returning ran in to some unforeseen circumstances on another job that day and could not make it back out. We rescheduled your appointment as soon as we could. In the end we are happy to hear that we could leave you with a project that met our standards and yours. We apologize that there were a few hiccups, but human error does occur, and we do take our work very serious. We aim to treat each job and home as if that customer was apart of our own family."
