They're marvelous. They fixed it really fast. They were so honest too. We expected to have to replace it but he said it wasn't necessary and fixed it right there.

Working with Joe was such a great experience. He is extremely knowledgeable and provided us with a really valuable service. He found things that wil significantly improve our energy efficiently and that the myriads of other contractors didnt. He also didnt try to upsell us into purchasing things we really didn't need, which we find on a regular basis with the numerous contractors who have serviced this property. I was extremely pleased with Diabiase HVAC and the work they did.  I researched many companies to replace my HVAC and hot water heater.  When I called Joe DiBiase, he immediately answered and was there that night to provide an estimate.  He was very good at listening to what we needed and providing an estimate for exactly what we wanted.  He worked with the Keystone HELP loan program and even provided the rebates and tax credit info that was available for each product.  His estimate was very fair and competitive.  I was able to schedule the work within a week or two (our current system was not broke, just very old).  He did quality work and cleaned up thoroughly after they were done.  Everything looks very neat too.  He was always professional and responsive to all my questions.  I can't say enough about this company, I would highly recommend them.

I have a contract with them and I pay about $250 a year. The come out every 6 months and cleans the filters, duct work, checks the humidifier, compressor and the fluid lever. They have been very professional. They went through all the rooms in the house and marked all the duct work. He also marked the all the dampers and which the direction they should go for winter or summer and what was going to work best for us. They put each record on the equipment that is posted, so there is a log that they update every time they come and service the equipment. I thought the pricing was fair. My wife dealt with them.

Very professional! Joe was prompt for each visit and even adjusted to our availability. Thoroughly explained everything he was going to do before starting and never tried to sell us something we didn't need. Very respectful and professional in conduct and in use of time; cleaned-up after himself. I was thoroughly impressed! We contracted with him for a spring/fall maintenance program - well worth it in my opinion as I can relax knowing our A/C will be taken care of without my having to follow-up.
