They came out to look at it and I was aware of a $89 diagnostic fee. They were here for around 15 minutes to fix the furnace. They charged me $132 on top of the $99 to rub a piece of sand paper on the igniters of the furnace. It works now but that is way too much money for 15 minutes of work. They didn't replace any parts. I tried to contact them about this and they are just blowing me off.
