It was perfect. We had a little bit of a problem and they just fixed everything. Professionalism was A++. I would absolutely use them in the future.

The crew was professional and performed repointing like artists.  We were very concerned about dust penetration and the crew was very clean - covering all windows and thoroughly power washing the front and back porches.  We did not have any dust get into our home.

Recently, Denis Doughtery (the owner) and his men completed two (2) projects at our home.  Denis came out within a day or two after our call and then submitted a complete proposal for both jobs.  His proposal was itemized for each project that he was to do.  We had four (4) other proposals; but his was the only one that was itemized completely!
We have a single all brick home; when Denis and his men started they ground out all mortar joints on front of our home and then repointed the front.  Upon completion of the front of the house, they then started on the rest of the house.  The back and sides of our house where there was cracked or deteriorated joints they were ground and the repointed.  A waterproofing agent was put on the entire house when they were done. 

Each day they cleaned up and put their equipment away as much as possible so that nothing would be in the way. Cost for this project $3,200.00.  Denis and his men demolished existing steps and replaced them with new concrete steps.  There was one step coming into the house that was wood and over the years had rotted out. I had other contractors look at it and they were unsure what to do about it.  Denis and another worker looked at the step from the basement and outside and together decided the best way to take care of this step!  Finally, steps that will last for many years!  We now have front steps that are NOT cracked or have have pieces missing.  They are beautiful, and I am very pleased the way the steps turned out!  Cost of this project $2,100.00.

Denis and his men did more than what they were contracted for.  Denis had to take down a canopy that was over our front door. He noticed that it was leaking one day when it was raining, so before he put it back up he asked me if he could caulk ALL the seams and hopefully that would stop the leaking.  He did what he said he would do;  and NO MORE WATER LEAKING THROUGH THE CANOPY! He even helped me put up a new mailbox. I cannot say enough about Denis and his men, these guys are hard working, polite, and very conscientious about their work! We plan to have them do more work in the fall on our basement.

It looks fantastic...like a completely new wall. Denis and his team were fantastic and I will definately use him again and will refer him to family and friends.

Denis and Lamont were amazing and went above and beyond on every aspect. I work a lot and Denis kept me informed on the work bring done and did more than required as he saw opportunities that needed to be addressed. He recommended some roof work that needed to be done which caused the brick to deteriorate and was helping me so we could prevent future issues. They were professional and they answered any questions that we had. Denis even took the time to help my elderly father to the car and helped my mother in law carry the groceries into the house. He is genuinely a good person and we were honored to have them work on our home.

Denis and Mark were pleasant to deal with. They did a professional job. I was happy with the overall experience and would hire them again.

Denis (the owner) came out to bid the job.  Within a day he submitted a detailed quote in writing, listing all lthe aspects of the project and the scope of the work completed, which was great.
The quote was very competitive, I appreciated his professionalism and we scheduled the project.
They started work on Friday, working with my crazy schedule, opperating in a three man crew, including Denis the owner.  They worked very efficiently setting up the scafolding, removing plants, and drapped everything off to contain the dust. 
Next, they started grinding out the existing morter joints, which was done in one day (small row house).  At the end of the day they spent considerable amount of time cleaning up the dust, and even took the time to hose everything down.
The following day, they repointed the entire house, and then wire brushed everything smooth.  Again at the end of the day they cleaned up the mess from the day.
The third day, they waterproofing the entire front.  The project couldn't have gone much smoother.
The house looks great, it's sealed up thight for years to come, and I look forward to working with WPM Co. again in the spring.

The stairs came out great.  They are completely repaired and level.  The job appears to be high quality and built to last.  I had 3 interactions with Denis, all were professional.  He came out to give me a price, returned and worked for about 6 hours, and then returned and worked for another 2 hours to complete the job.  Denis did a great job and I recommend him to anyone.

I'm not what most people would call very goal oriented.  As a matter of fact, this bore itself out when I found myself asking these guys in the back of my house doing work on another property if they could come take a look at my property.
My sidewalk was suffering from years of wear & tear, from salt (a huge corrosive during those harsh winters) as well as ponding from areas that I, myself, tried to patch over.  So, you can now believe me when I stated my goal was NOT to have my entire sidewalk repaved as my goal, but I'll say the timing was right in spotting & corralling these guys to do the job.  Luck was definitely on my side as these guys pretty much did fall from the sky! (as their project in the back of my property had them working high up on scaffolds.)
In any case, to sum it up, these guys know their stuff - with experience from 3 generations back!!   It's a tough, back-breaking job (breaking up the concrete) wherein they all seamlessly worked together to complete the job in a couple of days' time w/ barely any inconveniences.  They were polite, courteous, accommodating, respectful & incredibly proficient in their task at hand.
Bottom line?  They have far exceeded my expectations and not only completed my entire sidewalk in record time but also threw in, gratis!!, framing out my tree, Washington Hawthorne, which abutted the curb.  These guys' work is priceless which is, ironically just that!  You will pay a "price less" than what you might expect to pay.  My ONLY complaint was not with any of them but rather with my schnauzer who was totally uncooperative in getting him to impress his paw print in my new pavement!!
My overall rating which includes workmanship, labor, appearance, cost & reliability is an A+!   Not to mention that on the same block as mine, a neighbor 3 doors away hired them to do THEIR sidewalk as well, so the good word & their great work is quickly spreading!!   Grab these guys when you can WHILE you can!!!   They're the BEST!!  :)
