The work involved removing weeds/grasses from a small hillside where the juniper did not grow in. While some grass/weeds were removed the hillside is still a mess. When I commented that the hillside was still a mess Nathan said he no longer worked in the Irwin area and said I should have a great day. This job was terribly incomplete. I would not hire him again.

Nathan provided us with landscaping stone and mulch along with some topsoil to fill in depressions in our lawn. His estimate was reasonable, and he incorporated a late change request to cover a larger than planned area with the stone. The work was done on time, and he is personable and accommodating to give us what we were looking for. We are also looking forward to a bid on a concrete entrance and stair project that we hope to be able to accomplish with him as well.

Nathan Schwartz did a concrete pad & also construction work for us; including, studs, insulation, drywall & he even seeded our lawn. He is very dependable & reasonable in his pricing. and, he cleaned up after the work was done! I would highly recommend "Schwartz Concrete and Construction".
