Manny and his crew were the most polite and professional roofers that I’ve ever had on one of my many rentals. The cleanup was terrific. I would recommend them to anybody.

We initially did not hire Manny because he did not show up at the initial appointments to bid the project. Well typically you think it's a bad sign when they don't show up, this was exactly the opposite. We eventually hired Manny due to his reasonable costs and his positive personality. And then we found out that he gives all his time and good constant immediate communication to his customers and I can see how he gets behind in making appointments. He gives all his time to the jobs he is on. His crew was excellent, polite, incredibly hard-working, cleaned up the area every single day, and most important did a first class job. We added on a few requests during the job and this was not a problem. I will absolutely hire Manny again as my first choice. By the way this was a metal roof replacing a prior concrete tile roof. We had a buyer for the old tiles and Manny's crew carried each tile down and stacked it neatly so that we could sell it to the other party.
