The company was great from start to finish. Everything was explained to my satisfaction They had profound knowledge of the product function and procedures. Also, excellent craftsmanship with a great clean up at the end. 11 I am very pleased with the work done in my home . It looks beautiful.

The way the guys present the company, the product, and the level of friendliness they provide. They weren’t pushy at all and I am very happy with them!

Salesmen did a great job of meeting our needs. The product was custom manufactured for our home. The installation workers came on the day originally agreed to. They spent about 2 hours removing the existing windows, trim, etc. and installing the replacement windows. They were polite, professional and did an excellent job. I highly recommend the Power Home Remodeling team and plan to use them again in the future to replace some additional windows.

We are so happy with our roof and gutters. The workers were very good people. Quite to the point and did the job. There was no clowning around and did a fantastic job!

We have used PHRG three times at this point for Gutters, windows and doors. They are always on time and the work is done without issue and to our expectations.

We did the front windows of our home first, since they were poorest condition. Everything went extremely well. Everyone was on time for sales appointments, measurements and installation - which is important for us. Great communication to confirm installation dates, any possible arrival delays etc. Window quality is excellent. The installation crew made sure that everything in the house (floors etc) was protected, the installations were seamless, inside and out, and when they left, you would never have known they were there. We were impressed enough that we decided on the day of installation to do the remaining windows in the house.

Everybody was professional and give a thorough explanation what what they would be doing with the project. They came in, did a great job, and cleaned up!

The job went very smoothly and the windows look amazing! They worked through the cold, made sure we didn’t get cold, and arranged things so we wouldn’t be interrupted.

very well as far as instillation . But meeting with job inspector was a high pressure sales pitch to install windows for 2nd floor apartment. This was not discussed at 1st interview. We were told that a window on the 2nd floor was leaking between the sealed window and it would cause a water leak into the walls if not replaced. So he concluded that we need 9 new windows. And if we did that we would get a better price for both jobs combined. This was on a Wednesday (23 Jan) and he was going to call us on Saturday the 26, for our decision. Today is Jan 30 he has not called. We are assuming our interest and payment will be as first quoted . We are not happy for the sales push, we were not expecting that. we were also not pleased that he never called back. We asked him if we could keep the paper he was doing his figuring on for the different payments and he said no so I started to take a picture of it with my phone and he put his hand over the paper so I could not take the picture. WHY DID HE DO THAT? We were very satisfied with the work that was performed and the guys were great.

Everything went so well. From start to finish I really didn’t have to worry about anything, these guys are on their game.
