Everything went well until after the job was done. The individual that was supposed to follow up with the inspection cancelled the first time and never returned our calls after that. We have yet to receive a call from him. Therefore, our job has never received the final inspection.

These are the best team I've ever met and I mean that in a positive way. They know their product, their inspection is spot-on for how your situation fits into what their product offers and the approach is informative. This is not a low-end product in terms of price, but they do work with you and I honestly don't think you can find a better product in terms of support. I had window done 4 years ago and love them - easy to clean, great noiseblocker, insulator. This year, Soffits and gutters looked great at installation and went very smoothly, as did the siding but I was dissatisfied with one section of the siding. Within 48 hours, a project manager was on site, agreed it could be done better, and within 24 hours of that, had a crew on site while he observed. That plus a lifetime warranty on labor means the property now has additional value when you want to sell. I wish I lived on the outside of the building so I could admire it more!

Everything they promised they deliver it on. They were on time, courteous and very professional. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

The Power Home Improvement employers from Oscar, Kevin, lief, Joe ( Installer), and Brian (Quality control) were very helpful in answering any question I had from financing, installation, Warranty, every Step of the way. I started with my front living windows just see if what they claim about keeping the cold out and warm air in. I noticed a difference right away. I am phoning to have the rest of my windows replaced (9). I know it will lower my heating bill. I would recommend these windows and great investment and savings.

I first found out about Power was by a friend. My wife and I visited a friend in Brooklyn, NY. While there we noticed the room we normally stay in was a lot warmer and quieter. She told us she got new windows. We said wow those are great windows. She gave us the name of the company which was Power. From there we scheduled a time for a salesperson to come out. The salesperson was great and very professional and thorough. After the presentation, we decided to get windows for the whole house. We scheduled a date to get all the windows measured. After getting the windows measured Power called to schedule a date for install which was about 3 weeks later. The local Power office called the day before installation to let us know what we needed to do on the day of. The morning of the install the guys went right to work. They covered all the floors where a window was plus the stairs and hallways going upstairs. All the workers were very proficient and professional. The arrived at 8:30am and completed everything around 3:00 pm. Midday a lead inspector came by to inspect and take pictures of the installed windows. Be for leaving the lead person walked me around to show me how all the windows worked and how to open, close and clean the windows. The workers cleaned up like nothing ever happened then were gone. Around 6:00 pm a follow-up person came by to make sure the install went the way they promised. He checked all the windows to make sure they all worked properly and if we had any questions. He also tried really hard to get us to do our siding but we were not ready to do that project yet. Overall, the entire project when smoother from start to finish. Everyone was professional and helpful throughout. Our windows look great and seem like they are already saving us energy costs already. Doing a project of this size is expensive however, Power windows are the top of the line which has increased the value of my home. Kudos to the entire company for the work they do.

Had Power Home remodeling install 5 new windows in my home. The first guy comes to my home and showed me the sample. The windows looked to be of good quality judging from other replacement windows of that type so i decided to hire this company. Unfortunately i fell for the scam about If you "buy" tonight, we'll give you "X" for a discount and if you agree to participate in advertising and agree to participate in a survey, then we'll give you "X" more of a discount. Sounded like a great bottom deal but i should have waited and read all the negative reviews.Then came the next salesperson to measure the window openings and make sure there would be no install issues.  Finally the day came for installation. I was at work and my wife called and said that my original wooden shutters had to be removed and they didn't want to do that. I told them don't start the job and have their supervisor call me. Guess what " no call".  I left work shortly after that and when i got home i found that they not only removed the shutters but installed the windows. The next thing they said that they could not put them back up. Not only that but they broke the old forged hinges on three of them. I'm presently trying to find replacement hinges for them. I will be reinstalling them. Their next guy came to inspect the work that had been done, noting that nothing could be done about the shutters and then proceeded to try to sell me plastic ones. At that time all the windows were inspected and looked ok. I was pressured to fill out a review that same evening. At that time is was satisfied with the windows but i wish i would have waited now.Last week i started to redecorate one of the rooms that had the new windows. Upon staring to paint the trim around the window i discovered that they used non-paintable silicone caulk at the sash. I immediately called the company and they told me they would come out and look at it but they were not sure what could be done because that's what they use. He said i was told that in the beginning. Which i was not. Whoever heard of using a silicone non paintable around wooden trim inside the house. Not only that but the silicone was not put on properly. The guy on the phone told me he feels bad about it, I'm sure he does,,, yeah right!  I"m surprised this company is affiliated with Angie's list. Kind of makes you wonder with all  the negative reviews this company has. My advice to anyone considering using them is to do your home work. For me "Never again"

We had an excellent experience with everyone we came into contact with. The salespeople we talked to inside of Sam's Club were knowledgeable and enthusiastic. The team that came to the house to give us more information was personable, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic. When the estimator came out, he was able to identify trouble spots and the solutions to use. We just had the work team out these past two days and they were courteous, clean, and efficient. Our foreman, Paul, was great at communicating with us all along the project. We had 19 windows and one patio door replaced in all. One of the windows required quite a bit of work to replace, as did the non-standard patio doors we had. All of it was done with ease and skill.

It went WONDERFULLY! They were ALL professional, I immediately felt the difference once the new windows were installed. This is not my first experience with Power and in every instance their workmanship is the same. EXCELLENT!!!

Excellent work for entire project. Company/sales personnel and staff/project heads always pleasant and professional. Work crews for each project showed up on time, completed project on a timely basis and were informative and impressively good at their job. We were extremely pleased with all work done and with the communication with the company.

The crew showed up on time and was very professional. The onsite manager explained what they would do, asked if I had questions, and kept me informed all day how things were going. At the end of the day he walked around the house with me, pointing out the work done and again asked if I had questions. He answered all my questions professionally.

The associates from Power were in constant contact with me by text. All scheduled dates ex. Material delivery, Dumpster delivery, crew arrival and completion estimates were on point. Workers worked diligently and safely but always expect something to happen with a job of this proportion. A slight misstep broke the ceiling in the living room and some give at the corner of the removed skylights. But all was repaired expeditiously the next date, including paint. Roof, 2400sq.ft, was completed in a day and gutter, doors and window next day. Crews were clean and courteous. Trash was picked up and all debris cleaned up.

Work was professionally done and they did a good job. My front door looks nice.

Everything went very well. The crew was right on time and was very professional and efficient. Finished installing the 14 windows in about 5 hours. They answered all our questions very patiently. I would recommend them and hire them again.

We have had Power out to our house for 4 projects including our roof, gutters/trim, attic insulation and windows. Every experience has been great. We've gone the cheap route before on other improvements and all it's gotten is frustrated. Power isn't the cheapest company, but you get what you pay for and Power definitely delivers! Entire roof and decking was done in a day. Employees were on time and finished before night break. Everyone was professional and took care of any issues we had with the installation.

The crew did an excellent job! Very polite and professional. I highly recommend them. We also love that our windows and screens have a lifetime warranty. If my kids or pets break a screen or window, or if there is a storm, they will replace the window and screen for free. The warranty is also transferred to the new owner if I sell my house. It’s nice to feel so protected.

The guys came in looked over everything to be done and got to work. everything looks great. i can already tell a major difference in the UV the windows let in. cant wait to start seeing the energy saving. we had single pain 30 year old windows and it cost around $350-$450 per month for our energy bill. I had Power out twice: once to replace siding and another to replace doors & windows. They were a pleasure to deal with. Very professional from start to finish. They had a salesman out first to explain their services with prices. A second came out to measure the project. A third group came out to do the install. All were friendly, professional, knowledgable, and on-time and they brought enough people to complete the job in one day. They work looked good and they even cleaned up after they left. Other than the house looking much better you would never know they were here. I know I could have had the work done cheaper with other contractors, but I know in many cases you "get what you pay for". I'm happy with the job they did and would hire them again. Recommended.

Went great. A very professional crew came early , took out the old and installed the new. Described the job before and walked back through after the installation. They made a minor mistake which they brought to my attention and they corrected at their cost without any negotiating.

My experience with Power Home Remodeling was really good. They were almost always prompt with communication (there was one incident of failure to communicate) and the installation was pretty quick. The crew that installed were very polite, cleaned up after themselves and got the job done in two days.
