The final deliverable is good. The problem was the journey in getting the work completed. The siding installation was months delayed. When they started, they worked four days then realized they didn't have enough materials. They left the front of the house unfinished. The crew abandoned the project, leaving nails and a mess around the house. Plants and flowers were crushed in the gardens around the house. They left materials in our driveway and lawn, and killed the grass. Customer service was completely unresponsive. Almost three weeks later they came back and completed the project. The representative doing the final inspection spent over an hour cleaning up the mess outside the house. Power is extremely expensive, which I'm willing to put up with for outstanding customer service. This all being said, the house is beautiful. It was just a very painful trip getting it installed.

The install went fantastic and was done within a day, and you can't beat the lifetime warranty. The only downside was just the delay between scheduling the project and the actual install date. I would definitely rehire them again.

Wonderful. From the initial sales call, to the pre-install inspection, to the actual install everyone was very professional and personable. The work was completed in one day with great attention to detail. They also cleaned up the site all day as they were working. Great Experience !

The work that was done was done well and crew cleaned up after themselves very nicely. Communication around scheduling/rescheduling issues has been a challenge. We understand that supply chain issues are affecting all businesses currently, but our job was rescheduled twice to begin with, then they were missing a window and have rescheduled us once already for installing that one. Seem to be high quality windows. And definitely not the cheapest price-wise.

I had 36 windows replaced 13 years ago. Since the installation, there has been no savings in my monthly energy bill although a minimum of 20% savings was guaranteed. And almost every window in the house has had argon gas leaks that discolor the window and require replacement. One to two windows fail about every 6-9 months. That starts a battle with customer service to begin the process of replacement. The latest two windows that have failed are now in a 10 month backlog with the manufacturer. Who knows the damage to the environment or inefficiency of my house for energy. The company was forced to change names because of the huge amount of bad press online and with the Better Business Bureau. STAY AWAY. It's not worth the heartache and hassles as well as top dollar pricing for a clearly inferior product

It was fantastic. Wonderful. They were great. They cleaned up. They are one of the few people who has a 50 year warranty. They kept that warranty. The warranty was transferred to the next person who will be living in the house. The warranty is transferable for only one time.

Awesome! Through commercials on TV, and Computer, etc., I got on my computer and went straight to Angie's list to search for a roofing company. The very first company to come up was "Power Home Remodeling" To be in that first position on Angie's List told me that they was the company that was the Best of the Best! I put in my request that I was searching for a free estimate for a roofing project at my home. Within minutes of entering my information on my request on Angie's List, I received my first phone call. We coordinated our first appointment with one of their Remodeling Consultants, (actually, this is their salesman) His name is "Derek Ernst." First of all, the most important person is the person who actually came to my home the first time, whose job is to sell their product, (the Company's) to us. He or She must convince us to hire them. They need to be personable, knowledgeable, smart, must know the company's product backwards & forwards, be able to answer any question we throw at them, and quickly. I consider myself a hard sell. Me & my ex-husband was in this business for 30 years together, and he also had worked for a Lumber company here, locally as their only Salesman. He managed to sell us this job. I was impressed with his skill. The entire process went well. We are very pleased with the outcome. They accomplished this job beautifully. Colt (sorry, I didn't get your last name) (Project manager) came to my home and explained how everything was going to go as we moved forward. He arranged to have the Dumpster delivered before the job was to start along with the materials needed for the job. He then arranged a whole crew to come do the roofing job. From start to finish, the crew came and were proficient, professional, and didn't stop working until the job was completed. (approx. 5 hours) even as it was getting dark outside, they were using their lights to see, and to complete the roofing job. They also, had a person in the crew that was continuously cleaning up trash from the roof tear-off. Again I was impressed. I also called the company throughout this project with questions and they all was able to either, answer my questions or they got me to the correct person who did have the answers. Again, I was impressed! I'm sorry, I didn't get everyone's name to call them out with praise, but the whole team work extremely well together. This Saturday, there will be someone here to come see the completed job with me and my now husband to inspect the job and to be sure we are happy with it. of course, we are very happy! And Again I am impressed! I suggest that you should hire this company. they can full fill a lot of your needs. They did the job, but we were lied to. We had gutters with a gutter guards. The gutters worked fine, but were looking old. We have a lot of old mature large trees. We were talked into larger gutters and were told we would not need gutter guards. We were told the larger gutters would not back up due to the size of the downspouts. Now twice year I have to get up on my two story house and clean the gutters. The first time I cleaned the gutters I noticed they did not even use the full size of the downspouts. They took the lazy way out and cut a circle rather then fit the size of the downspout. The sales man was here for hours until we finally decided to buy. They did appear very professional, he was able to print the paperwork there on the spot. After we signed I did a price check and found them to be well into the high side for this job. Be aware, make sure everything they promise is in writing. That was our mistake. Now I will have to pay more money to get gutter guards. If I knew this in advance, I NEVER would have done the work. What we had was working. Work was done in 2018.

window replacement

PHR salesman came to the house for quoting window replacement for all windows that needed it, and at our request itemized by room/area separately. We had already ball-parked roughly $1000 per window installed, parts & labor. Salesman was extremely knowledgeable about company and products, and pricing was additionally discounted for being a BJ's Wholesale member. Then there was an additional discount for "sign today" which we took advantage of for one section/area of our house that desperately needed new windows due to non-opening status and failing seals/insulation. Total project came out to just under $1K per window with all discounts so it was a good buy. Salesman measured for initial quote. About 3 weeks later a pre-install inspector came out to re-measure and finalize details for install scheduled 1 month later. Install was delayed due to COVID-19 shutdowns but company kept us posted on restart plans. Actual install was 2-3 months later. Installer - 1 guy, not a crew - came out promptly at the start of the appointment time (730a) and re-measured everything before touching anything. Tackled the most complex/largest window first, took him 3 hours to remove old and install new. Very meticulous with spray-foam insulation and caulking, caulking, caulking. New windows are smaller surface area than old windows due to insert style of replacement. Easy to open and close (casement/crank) and screens are very low-profile, easy to remove for cleaning. Project manager came out to check status towards end of install (all day, almost 12 hours) and go over all details, warranty info, answer q's, etc. Installer was protective of all areas and cleaned up thoroughly, inside and out. Only problem through the entire process was that PHG phone numbers appear as "Potential Spam" on mobile phone screeners so you have to answer those calls when you know you're waiting on calls for scheduling, appointment confirmations, etc. When they left voicemails, the reps wouldn't leave direct dial or extension numbers so you have to call the main 800 number and wait through menus to get to a person; that said, every rep was able to look up the account and check status, answer questions, give info, etc. so they are a very large company but must have a very detailed records system, with employees who actually use it to log all actions. Will wait and see if any problems develop with the product or installation. After 1 rainstorm, no leaks. Sun/heat is definitely cut down dramatically. So far so good. If all stays good, will definitely consider PHG for future work.

Outstanding. Two professionals tradesmen started at 7AM, worked throughout the day, and perfectly removed and installed all windows and doors, as well as installed cantilevers and wrapped the wood on the rear door. Everything was done perfectly. Tradesmen were courteous, answered all my questions, cleaned up all debris, and hauled it away. They finished around 6PM while it was still light so I could inspect and approve each installation. I was really impressed!

The crew that came out and actually did the windows were outstanding. They took care in removing the old windows, replacing with the beautiful new windows. Not a scratch on any of the marble sills we have. They repaired/spackled any little gouges that happened in removing the old frames. Excellent job of clean up as well. Worked around how we wanted them to replace windows, as we have 4 cats, we had to shift around. All in all, the team that did the windows 5 out of 5. The only negative thing I have to say the original date set up by Power was 3/9/2020. It turns out 4 windows did not come in on time. This I understand it happens. What I do not understand is a company that states they are all about Customer Service. Yet even when they knew the windows were not coming in on time, so they could not do on 3/9/2020. I called them when no one showed up, only to hear oh we took you off the schedule because the windows did not all come in. And when I asked why no one had bothered to inform us, they admitted it was 100% their fault, an oversight on their end. I asked for a small discount due to their poor customer service. Less than $250.00. And was told they never do that. Promised a gift card of unknown amount, that would take time to arrive. I hope the warranty will be better, than how they handled the original date of service commitment. But the actual installation was excellent, the team who came out, did an outstanding job, I absolutely recommend hiring this company, as window manufacturer is top quality, and they do an excellent job installing.

The sales team, the customer service, pre-installation team and installation work team were all professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend Power to anyone looking for home improvement services.

Everything went well they have a very professional crew. All crew members did an excellent job on the windows, siding and gutters our house looks brand new from the outside. They finished the project in two and half days. My wife and i are pleased with the quality of work and we would recommend Powers Home remodeling Group LLC.
