The individual who came to do the estimate was great. He knew the products and and understood a lot about how to do the project right) and even point out potential issue with work that another company had done (ridge vent was installed without adequate airflow thru the soffits). The reason why they were not chosen was the cost which was >30% higher than the next highest estimate and some inflexibility in negotiating the price (company policy, not a problem with the individual). The claim was better materials and lifetime warranty (no hassles). Materials were similar to the other quotes I received.

They were prompt, very fast, really efficient. We're guaranteed for life. They cleaned up behind themselves, it's just an amazing company. The quality of the windows are great, easy to clean, you can actually just pull them out to clean them and put them back.

It went great. They did our windows very nicely. When the guys came over for their initial review and stuff to give us the pricing and look at the windows, they were super friendly. We had a great time with them. They got all the windows done in all of one day. So that was really nice. We set the appointment with the marketing guys I suppose, and then when we had the appointment the window people came and got it all done. It was great. The windows are great and they had great customer service.

Presenter was on-time and gave an informative presentation. Identified why their product was constructed and installed well. However, they wanted an immediate purchase that day and identified that their great price was only good for that day only. The presentation was extremely long and we felt very pressured. I'm not sure if we would use them in the future. It seemed like a good product, but apparently you should know what you want and know what you want to pay before contacting them.

The cost of their services was too much. The roof was $22000, and the insulation was $4000. When the salesman came over to demonstrate the product, I liked that they didn't use tar paper, they actually used material that was water proof on the roof. It was some kind of a tie breaker plastic material that they laid down, and it would protect the ply wood. It had a 50 year warranty on it, and I liked the roof also. It was pricey but I liked it. The interaction was professional. If I felt that family of friends could afford it, then I would recommend them. They try to up sell other products. They first sold me the roof, then the insulation, and now they call me for windows, but I just tell them, that I can't do anything until the roof is paid off.

Things went pretty well.  They were good enough.  The quality was very good.

Where to begin,  When the salesman came for the presentation, I did not realize it would be a 2 1/2 hour presentation.  They went through everything.  Then when the salesman went to his car, his boss came in with him.  His boss happened to be in the area.  They were nice enough but they would not leave, even after telling them it was time to go.  Then came the price, the first quote was 19,500 for 1800 sq ft.  then if I singed with them and went with the financing options the price went down to 17,800 with a 10 year payment of 300 with an interest rate of 9.5%.  I told them thanks but no thanks.  Then I got another call offering me discounts, when I asked for the new price they would not tell me over the phone they had to tell me in person.  I got additional quotes by reputable companies for the same work and the price was 7,400 with gutters and using the same exact material.

It was good. Everything was alright. The price was reasonable. The quality of the work, their responsiveness, punctuality, and professionalism were good.

I just contracted with them directly. They were fine. The job went very well. They have called me again for the work, but I just can't schedule it right now because of other construction work I have to do first. They explained their process. They were very prompt, and they cleaned up very well. They are new to this region where I am in Chicago. But they do stand behind their product. I haven't had any issues. I have had a few questions. I was able to call their people. We can actually get a real life person to talk to. Their staff seems to be very knowledgeable. I had a good experience.  Their price was average. It wasn’t exorbitant, but it wasn’t the cheapest. The quality was good. I would use them again.

They were always on time and polite.  Their work was superb and they cleaned up after each job.  Their work was excellent.  I would absolutely  use them again.

Excellent - the installers arrived earlier than expected, but were very punctual.  They were very professional, neat, productive and efficent in installing good quality windows.  These installers were really the best.  They answered all our questions and  were very personable.  We highly recomend this company and are planning to install more windows with this company in the future.
Backing up to before the installation.....The salesman's pitch is very long, and could be done in a shorter period of time.  However, this is the companies sales approach and so you have to be prepared.  We saw the quality in the company and in the windows and thought it was worth it.

A salesman from Power Remodeling showed up at my door, claiming they'd recently done roofing on four other houses in my neighborhood. I was somewhat taken aback, but indulged him, as my roof does need work. I pointed out that some of my roof areas were fine and others weren't, to which he replied that Power could give me sub-quotes for separate roof areas. This seemed interesting, so I scheduled an estimate.
I think the company is a little too "powered" for their own good, despite their high ratings and bona fides. After they called three times over to confirm my appointment, a pleasant, clean-cut man arrived on time to do the estimating. I told him about my good and bad roof areas and what the salesman had said, but this went right by him. Instead, he was focused on sitting me down to an hour-long powerpoint show-and-tell about Power's many merits, and wanted to borrow my wifi to do it.
After going through his whole (admittedly impressive and earnest) spiel, he revealed that Power only installs the GAF roofing system with architectural shingles. Since I have standard 3-tab shingles, the only option would have been a whole new roof! I told the guy I wasn't in the market for this, and so both our times were wasted, and he left. Then two weeks later, Power called to ask when I wanted to reschedule the appointment! Poor communication all around.
I would likely hire them to do a complete roofing job, but they need to listen - and talk to each other - better.

I had a good experience. It went fine. I don't know if for some of their jobs they bring a quality manager out, but this particular one they did not, but sometimes they have a quality manager. I did have a special request on that job and they were not responsive.
