The entire project was completed in two days. Everyone from sales (Matt Hughes) to project team to quality assurance was amazing! I would recommend them to anyone.

you would never know that my whole roof was replaced. I also had new gutters added to the house. Just this past week I had them replace the capping on my windows. The total cost was a little expensive but well worth the money spent. I would hire them in the future for anything that needed to be replaced or repaired. One more thing, all the workers were very professional, extremely courteous and polite.  

They provided excellent service from beginning to end. The sales people were professional and not pushy. The installers arrived exactly on time, were very professional and completed the job including cleanup in a timely manner.

I have had this company do many different projects for me at this point. So far they have done my entire roof.. Windows..gutters and now the entry door. I feel that after this much work..that they deserve a review from me. I also would like all those on Angies list who may read this to have the input from someone who has used them for multiple different jobs. One thing has remained constant throughout all of the interactions that I have had with them. They have always been highly professional and knowledgeable regardless of what product they are looking at. I have had some negative experiences in the past with contractors before I had the good fortune of finding Power. While using them is definitely an investment of time, I always feel informed enough about what will be done and their processes as well as how they compare to other companies to make an informed decision that is in my best interest. I will say that they are definetely NOT the cheapest company to work with, but I do feel like they are a good value and what I am spending more on is a higher quality product, higher quality installation, the customer service experience, the peace of mind and negating any possibility that I am not going to get what I paid for. It doesn't hurt that they seem to only have attractive men working for them :). They are my go to company and I know when I call them, they will give me a straight answer and do a flawless installation done by nice people in the timeframe that is mutually agreed upon.

I met one of their representatives at my local Bj's store. He was very nice and I set up an appointment to have them look at the Windows. The salesman was prompt and on time for his appointment. He was very professional and thorough in explaining all the ins and outs of the product and the installation practices. I felt well informed to the point I was confident they would do a good job. I was happy that they took enough time to relay all that info. It was definetely a big point in the plus column for them that the warranty covers everything forever and is transferable if I sell the Home. The installers were very nice polite and quick. I will most likely use them again in the future.

Could not be more pleased with the entire experience. Quality product and competitive price. Right from the sales presentation to the final installation of the project, everyone involved was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and conducted their business in a professional manner.  They maintained the original schedule they gave us, arrived the day of installation and immediately got to work.  The installation process went without a problem and the results are beautiful. At the end of the project everything was cleaned up like nothing had taken place.

Not only were there 2 very competent installers, the company also had a supervisor on-site, and a quality inspector showed up at the end of the job.

The was order placed on 12/92015 the 20 windows were installed 1/11&12/2016,(a(one and a half days),thee installation done on 1/13/2016 (a half day).

It was a great job by all involved. On the day of install they arrived on time took measurements and verified all info was correct and right to work. The crew was extremely quick while paying attention to detail and keeping the area clean while they were working. I was really impressed and would not hesitate to call them for future projects.

From Start of 1st visit, Explanation of product in detail with visuals. 2nd Presert technician to explain the when where and details. 3rd installation day on site foreman with crew very knowledgeable and courteous explanation of job once again and could ask questions while job being done. 2 more foreman stopping by during the day to make sure everything was going to plan. Completion with walk through with on site foreman to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. Clean up was impeccable down to the magnetic wand that was used to check for any nails missed garden area and grass. This was a very professional experience and will definetly have them back in the future. A+++++++++++++++++++++++in my book. Thank you very much!!!!!!!

Excellent from beginning to end! Job was scheduled for two days and was completed in one! The installation crew was personable and professional.

Shawn Ryan came to my house for an estimate in September. This was the first (recent) window estimate in my quest for new windows. I had cracked the glass in one, but ultimately all 12 needed to be replaced.
This was probably the worst in-home estimate experience I've ever had.
I found PHRG because a friend used them to replace some of their windows. I honestly don't know how they could have afforded it. $14k for 12 windows in a small townhouse is outrageous. But that number comes from all of the overhead - donations to Alex's Lemonade Stand sound nice on paper, but how about you chop off $8k from my window price and I'll do my own donations to organizations I support?
Price aside, Shawn was in my house for 3 hours. I'm not joking. If it takes you 3 hours to explain to me how a window works and why I should buy your window as opposed to some other company's window with the exact features you're offering, you have bigger problems than your pricing model. There was no need for him to keep going out to his car, getting more heat lamps and paperwork and iPads and whatever else he had in his Mary Poppins car trunk.
Speaking of his trunk - he spilled antifreeze or gasoline or something in his trunk, which then got on his hands, which then presumably made its way around my house (doorknobs, table tops, etc.) until I suggested he wash his hands. So thanks for that. Luckily, my two cats decided not to snoop around the table that day and I cleaned it and nobody died of poisoning.
If all of that wasn't bad enough, I think he would have stayed even longer if it wasn't for him breaking one of my chairs at about the 2-hour 45-minute mark. Again, I literally could not make this stuff up if I tried. He offered nothing in the way of consolation: "you could probably fix that," means nothing to me compared to "let me call my manager and we'll pay for that." I probably would have said "no, don't worry about it, just GTFO," but it's the thought that counts. I showed the busted chair to every other company that showed up for an estimate and said "well, it can't get any worse than what this guy did!"
About two weeks after the estimate, I received a call from someone asking me how it went. I told them about the chair, and I got the same response. "Sorry about that." I'm not trying to imply that I have super expensive chairs - the set was from Boscov's like 3 years ago. I bought a set of 4 chairs at a yard sale as an interim solution for $40. It's just the point. Your company prides itself on all of the companies it works with, all of the charitable donations, etc. - all of that crap that causes your prices to be ridiculous. But at the end of the day, you don't have an appropriate response to when you break something in a potential customer's home and waste an entire Saturday morning of their time rambling on about all of these window features that literally every other company in the area offers for half the price. How do I know you'd have an appropriate response when I ask to capitalize on that "super" warranty of yours? You probably wouldn't, and so I didn't go with this company.
I don't understand PHRG. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
But if you do have them over for an estimate, get some snacks ready and don't make any other plans for the rest of the day.

We received a solicitation from Power Home Remodeling in the form of a knock on the door and arranged for a sales person to come by our home the following week.  The sales team arrived and provided a run-down of their window capabilities and I agreed to having the windows installed if they were below a certain price point.  They were and proceeded to have them prepare the paper work.  A particular quirk of this company is their insistence on having the "spouse" present for the presentation.  As the sole home owner it was a bit irritating; my girlfriend did not want to be involved and had suggested to schedule the sales pitch before she came back from work. As it turned out, she came home before they left and also got the sales pitch.  Regardless, I agreed to the price for the windows and scheduled a project manager to come out and review the job.
The following week the project manager did come out and noted the size of the windows and explained how the installation would take place; usually by installing the windows from the outside. Once installed with sealing-foam the installation team would "cap" the window with a metal frame, minimizing the need for painting later on.  The project manager looked over the site and agreed that installation would likely be completed in about four hours.
On the day of the installation the team arrived ahead of schedule, before 8:00AM and looked over the job.  At this point they immediately noted that there would be an issue:  Due to the presence of older wooden shutters the windows could not be "capped" as promised previously.  As this was an issue that should have been identified at the outset of this job, I was somewhat irritated that this problem was just being noticed.  They needed to modify the job accordingly, by only capping part of the window frame.  They noted this "matched" a previous window installation; but to still have an issue arise only on the day of the job leads me to believe that their job planning could do better.
The install team completed the job just around noon (four hours), and cleaned up all the trash and debris.  The windows so far are very good and I'm hoping that we will see a significant savings in heating costs this year.

The professionalism is there that I expected and the responsiveness gave me the opportunity to get in touch with someone. Everyone is willing to help,

We have used Power Home Remodeling group in the past for our siding and windows. They did an excellent job in the past and knew that they would do a great job on our roof. They did. It looks beautiful! The crew got here early and worked all day until the project was complete. They did everything they said they would and I have the comfort in knowing that their product is backed by a 50 year guarantee and if anything does happen they will be right out to fix it. Thanks Power for your outstanding work once again!
