We did fourteen Windows with power on the first install with power. The project went extremely smooth and my wife and I were very pleased with the installers. The project ran so well and we felt so comfortable with Power we decided to replace our side door which we use the most with power. Just like the first project the door went extremely well as well.

The roof went extremely well. I had a few leaks that the salesman showed me and I felt very comfortable moving forward with the process. After the roof was installed the first thing I noticed was the trim and gutters that I did not replace. I decided to go through a second process and add these things which helped the look of the house. I am very happy to know that the entire top of my home is warrantied.

We first me power when they originally knocked on our door. We were very skeptical but after the consultant came out to the house and explained everything in full detail we felt very comfortable. Power addressed all of our concern when replacing out roof and gutter. The project went extremely smooth and I recommend power to any homeowner.

I did a lot of work with power on my new home. I am so very happy with all the work they did. Extremely professional and answered any questions I had through the the whole process. I highly recommend power if you want your projects done the right way.

Salesperson was like-able and seemingly knowledgeable. However, for the estimate, he came at 5pm and did not leave until after midnight. They wear you out until you make a decision and the offer they give you is greatly discounted if you make a decision on the spot. In hindsight, I now resent these sales-tactics, especially when we had another salesman meet us while the work was being done to try to convince us that we needed new fiberglass doors. If meeting this company for an estimate, be prepared for a very long presentation. The work done seems to be decent. They promised us photos throughout but did not give us any. The work was completed as stated but seemed to be very rushed at the end which makes me question quality. Part of the sales gimmick was how much money we were going to save in the long run with the new siding. We've had the siding for over a year now and we have yielded no savings on our monthly energy bills - in fact, they might even be higher now. (we learned after the fact that asbestos is a good insulator). They should not have sold us the "energy-savings" calculations. After the work was completed, we had a big rain event and we noticed that the water was not draining out of our gutter. The gutters needed to be re-installed as they did not account for the house not being exactly level. For the money we paid in this work, we had high expectations for everything and it was not met.

Me wife and I first decided to replace the roof and attic Insullation after just moving into the house for a year. Power knocked on our door for a free estimate. We were very hesitant at first but after getting a full demo of everything we felt very comfortable moving forward. After the success of those two things being installed we decided to replace a door as well. It goes for saying that we were very pleased with the first project so we decided to do another. We have a lot more work to do and when ready we will be calling power.

These three projects went extremely well. The most impressive is when they installed the attic insulation. The workers worked their butts off to make sure it was done all in one day with two separate attics. I am very pleased with the work power has done on my home.

This company is the worst out there. The left my yard a mess after the job and the damaged my deck. They said they were going to repair my deck and I have been threw a 3 month ordeal were they tried to have the guys that put the roof on fix the deck and not get paid. Then they agreed to have a real deck guy fix the deck but they wanted me to sign away all my rights or they won't pay. They say they have liability insurance but they won't file a claim and now they won't answer my calls do I will have to take them to court to get my deck fixed. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy!!

It went well. The crews were quick and clean.

2 man crew arrived 15 min early on a Saturday. Very fast and very professional. I could have spent less elsewhere but the lifetime warranty that transfers to the next owner is a great perk. The quality of the windows is also very high.

Job went fine. Installers were right on time and completed the job in about 3 1/2 hours. Had to put up new facia and 125' of gutter and downspouts. About 15 minutes after the job was completed we had a downpour. Gutters worked great except for two little seams which they will come back and fix.

This is the third time we have used Power. They are professional and the quality of the product is outstanding. would not hesitate to recommend them to friends or family.

Overall, this was an excellent experience. We had never heard of Power before they stopped us at BJs. We were interested in siding, but weren't ready to commit to such a big project. However, we needed to start somewhere, and we're comfortable enough to to replace the gutters and trim. Hopefully, we will be doing the siding next year, and definitely with Power..

Everything went very well, from start to finish. Power did a great job communicating with phone calls to confirm appointments and let us know ahead of time when they would be there. Since we were doing so many windows, Power also capped our garage door and side door with vinyl to prevent wood rot. The installation went well: Robert did an excellent job installing them. Zak, the project manager, told me the job was missing two screens and promptly scheduled a date to deliver and install them. On the largest window, both Robert and Zak were not happy with one of the window sashes. They showed me the imperfection and recommended that they finish the installation and replace the sash at a later date. Zak immediately scheduled a new date to deliver the screens and replace the faulty window sash. We were highly satisfied with the installation and with the walk through done by Bryan.

The work was excellent. There's a lot of preliminary contact with Power and then follow-up. Our two man crew was terrific. Since we'd had a very satisfactory job 2 years ago, we were used to the frequent points of contact with Power. We could have gotten it less expensively but I was confident that we'd get what we wanted and at the end of the day (literally) I wasn't thinking, "I wish I'd remembered to tell the guys x y or z"

I have two lifetime warranties on the 8 windows I purchased from Power Home Remodeling in 2011.  Although they are a little high price wise, the outstanding service makes them well worth it.  My warranty will cover me as well as the next person who occupies my house for many years to come.   When I noticed that two of the window seals had broken due to the very hot sun beating down on them, I called the service number and was given a specific time the company could schedule the repair.  The person who answered was very polite.  Since the company needed the exact measurements of the windows to be replaced, he instructed me to read off the measurements on the labels in the upper portion of those two frames.  He explained that the factory would be making new ones and that if I would be home on August 8 between 9 and 10 AM, the problem would be fixed.  On the scheduled day and time, the field service manager George Barthel was at my door.   Everyone loves good workmanship as well as good manners and George delivered all that with a smile.  Within 20 minutes, the job was done.  This is not the first time I called the company.  After Precision Builders installed new siding on my house, one of the windows on the lower level began to leak water profusely.  I called Power Home Remodeling, and they sent out a service man within 2 days to fix the problem.  Although they found that it was actually caused by the way the siding company installed the new siding, they corrected the problem.  I cannot say enough about this company.  I give them a 5 star rating and will refer them to others.

The entire job was done 100% to our satisfaction. This is the second time within 2 years that we use Power Home Remodeling for home improvement. The first time, Power installed our bay windows which we receive great, positive comments on the work done. This time, Power has installed 4 main entry doors at our house and they did an outstanding job. The whole Power staff are true professional to the core. The sales person was very attentive to our needs and she did a super job to accommodate what we wanted. On site, the entire crew was courteous and efficient.
