From my first knock on the door by Chris, representing Power, to the end of the project and inspection by project manager, John, I could not be happier. I’ve had many salesmen come to my door but Chris sold me with his attitude, knowledge, and appearance. John was very through when the job was finished! The professionalism of this team and quality of your materials and workmanship was OUTSTANDING! Kudos to their team especially – Chris, Ted, Ed, Stephen, John, Travis, Joe, and installers – Robert, Alex and Angelo. I did not realize who Dan was, but he was there to see the job went as planned. Hoping I did not leave anyone out, thank you to all for a job well done! I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and family.

They did an awesome job! Took their time and did it right. It looks amazing and we love our "new" house! We also really like the product - the type of siding, insulation, and house wrap. We already notice a difference in the temperature upstairs and in our attic. It is much cooler in the summer. I'm sure it will be warmer in the winter too :)

There estimate for the roof was way out of line so I did not work with them. Except for the price, the rep was really good, he knew his thing. He was here for almost 4 or 5 hours trying to convince us to sign on. The only thing I did not like is they kept going back and saying let me talk to my manager and then he would come back and give us another deal and, it just went on and on. It was just frustrating, him spending 4 or 5 hours with us and the constant calls for a couple of days. Once we saw the name we weren't picking up the calls because we knew we weren't getting the work done through them. When he first came in he looked at the roof and he looked at the sides, he measured everything. Then he sat down and said this is what it will come up to. It was pretty detailed. I would say the 43 is a combination of the roof and the gutters. They are too high. They were very persistent and followed through with their phone calls for a couple of days. He came when he said he would.

They did a good job. I did have to call them back. I wasn't happy with the way the trim-work was done and the flashing at the roof in the back of the house. They did fix it, but I had to talk to them about it, whereas another company just know. The clean-up was fantastic. They cleaned up well. They did it extremely quickly. I think they had the roof on, it's a big roof like 3,000 square feet or something (that's a lot of roof), and there's a big covered deck on the back that's covered by roof. I want to say they did it in about 2 days, 3 days at the most. Extremely fast, extremely efficient, and that was the best part, about how quickly they did the job.

Everything went very well. The door is of excellent quality and everyone I spoke to at Power was professional and courteous. I find a lot of contractors to be hard to get a hold of and are poor communicators, but with Power it was a breath of fresh air to always be able to get a hold of someone, or have them call back when they say they will, and show up when they promise. I only have two complaints. The outstanding quality and professionalism comes at a premium price. Also, the sales person that came to "give an estimate" wanted us to sign on the bottom line that day. He was still courteous of course, and selling is his job, but I'm just not a fan of the hard sell, especially since it was LONG. In the end, Power did a phenomenal job and I would use them again.

Love love love this company. They did our roof two years ago and then capped the wood trim on our house last year and this year we had them reside our house. The materials they use are of the highest quality. Not only do we says so but the delivery guy who delivered our materials and does not work for a Power but an independant company said he delivers a lot of siding and by far this is the top of the line. The agents from Power were very hands on and showed up at least once a day while the work was going on . The workers were very professional and did a fantastic job. Yes there were a couple of minor hiccups but all was resolves immediately and with no attitude given. Powers followed up at Keats twice after the work was completed just to make sure we were satisfied. Would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again if ever we need them.

Clean up after job was done was very good. Will without second thoughts call Power Home for any other work needed.

The team worked professional and the team leader spoke with me several times during the day. He showed me how the work was progressing and answered all of my questions. The team cleaned up very well; the lawn looked like they had not even been here. The roof looks fantastic; cobblestone shingles were a good choice. I had met the sales person at costco.  He showed us the screen in person poked a hole in the screen and it fixed itself right before our eyes. Then he showed us how to open and clean from the inside. What sold me on this is the warranty if I sale the house it goes on to the buyer. Its a lifetime warranty of the house.

Agreed to a free estimate after salesman were going door to door in my neighborhood in Overbrook Park. I was really impressed with presentation during free estimate which included a sample window and a demo of how much heat escapes thru various thickness of windows vs theirs. What really sold me was the NO MONEY DOWN AND NO PAYMENT DUE UNTIL 30 DAYS AFTER INSTALL WAS COMPLETE. They offered financing as well which I was approved during the estimate. They also offer you a discount if you agree to a contract on the first visit or you can take estimate at a higher price and it's good for a year. The other selling point was LIFETIME WARRANTY FOR PARTS AND LABOR!!! The warranty transfers over to new owner if you sell the house. My only issue was my initial install date was cancelled due to a manufacturer error with my order but it was expedited and the install occurred 3 weeks later. The installation went perfect the installers covered floors and furniture with tarp and cleaned up afterwards and were courteous. The price of the windows seemed cheaper than their competitors as they brought sample estimates during first visit. Highly recommend.

So far everything is awesome. The roof is looks great and the gutters and fascia, too. it really improved the look of my home. They were efficient, had a full team and finished the roof one day and the gutters and fascia the next day. They cleaned up perfectly, while protecting my landscaping during the process. The total costs below are for all four projects which are extensive. Practically total roof replacement; the bay windows are huge (floor to ceiling) and I needed 2 of them, the front entrance is completely being redone from a double entry door to a door with sidelights and beautiful hardware and the gutters/fascia/garage trim are all new! For prices, they were a little lower than another known high quality installer but more expensive than other not so known installers. But I am buying higher quality products and getting the awesome warranties that I wouldn't get with the cheaper installers (which are transferable if I sell). I believe you get what you pay for so if you can afford to spend a little more for an awesome job, it is totally worth it. They helped get me financing, too. My roof will outlive me! Can't wait for my windows and door in 2 weeks! Will update then.
