Howard was a pleasure to work with. We had our crumbling brick walkway torn out and replaced with concrete. There were a few hiccups during the process but Howard was willing to get the job done to our liking and without any hassle. We needed to replace sections of our sidewalk and curb and Howlins LLC did a fantastic job. They got all the permits pulled from the Borough and completed the work in a timely matter. The crew is very polite and professional. We would certainly use them again!
