Pro-Am Maintenance

We have previously used Pro-Am to clean our windows on a few occasions.  The quality had been acceptable, but after the most recent cleaning of our exterior windows, which also included removing cobwebs and other debris from the window frames. the windows were not very clean, though the cobwebs had been successfully removed.  I scheduled an appointment to meet with Alex at our house to discuss this, but he did not show up.  Instead, a couple of people he hired, perhaps subcontractors, showed up late enough that I had to return from work to meet them.  They were willing to redo a couple windows, but unfortunately all of the windows had smears and spots on them from the prior cleaning.  After a few more exchanges, Alex claimed that the windows were clean in his opinion and would rather not have our business than redo the job at his expense.  So, we have switched to another firm that did a much better job for the same price.
