"THIS CALL CAME INTO OUR OFFICE AT THURSDAY 04/17/2014 AT 8:10AM I PERSONALLY DISPATCHED THE CALL TO OUR TECHNICIAN AND HE ARRIVED AT THE PROPERTY AT 8:55 AM. WE TRACK ON GPS ALL OF OUR CALLS. WHEN THE TECHNICIAN SHOWED MR. TAILOR'S MOTHER WAS THERE BUT DIDN'T SPEAK ENGLISH SO THERE WAS A LANGUAGE BARRIER WHICH MADE IT HARD TO CONVERSE. THE CUSTOMER DID IN FACT HAVE THE ENTIRE UNIT APART IN PIECES ON THE FLOOR WE EXPLAINED TO HIM WE COULD IN FACT FIX IT FOR $165.00.HE STATED HE DID NOT WANT US TO FIX IT BECAUSE THE PRICE WAS TOO EXPENSIVE BUT RATHER WE "GIVE HIM THE PART FOR FREE." WE DO TRY TO HELP EACH AND EVERY CUSTOMER OUT WITH ANY AND ALL OF THEIR NEEDS "WITHIN REASON" OUR TECHNICIAN DID NOT THREATEN NOR WAS RUDE TO MR. TAILOR OR HIS MOTHER, INSTEAD WAS CURSED AT AND THROWN OUT OF THE HOUSE. RELIABLE PLUMBING DOES GIVE FREE ESTIMATES NOT FREE PARTS."
- Did come in a timely manner. I'll give them that. However they did not mention that weekend rates are on overtime basis so $75 for weekdays and $125 for weekend. They just assumed that I would know the difference. I did not!
Came to fix the toilet. Used the toilet auger to see if the line is clear. Didn't feel anything and based his judgment that our internal toilet tank flush is the issue. (the flapper i guess?). But its not. Because I've held the flapper for the whole time and we still have the flush issue.
So needless to say, my $125 went down the drain! Which sucks because if I knew that thats all he was going to do then I could have saved alot of money but figured a professional plumber would fix this issue.
This is actually my third time using them. First time I had a heater installed that has worked well and a drain cleaning. The drain cleaning went relatively well but they didnt find anything in the drain. So I am not sure how good they are at actual plumbing anymore. Very disappointed in them. Was hoping to always call them when I had a plumbing issue.

WE OFFER A DRAIN CLEANING SPECIAL (COUPON $75.00 CASH) MONDAY THRU FRIDAY DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS. NOT ONLY DOES IT STATE ON THE COUPON EXCLUDING WEEKEND AND HOLIDAYS I AGAIN PERSONALLY TOOK THIS CALL AND SCHEDULED IT FOR A SATURDAY. I EXPLAINED THE DIFFERENCE IN FEES TO THIS CUSTOMER GIVING HIM THE OPTION TO HAVE THE DRAIN CLEANING ON SATURDAY AT $125.00 OR WAIT UNTIL MONDAY TO USE THE COUPON AT $75.00 HE CHOSE THE SATURDAY APPOINTMENT. WE CHARGED THE CUSTOMER FOR A TOILET CLOG NOT PARTS FOR THE TOILET THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE. HE WAS CHARGED ACCORDING TO THE SERVICES WE PROVIDED FOR HIM, THIS BEING A SATURDAY DRAIN CLEANING AT $ 125.00. THE CUSTOMER STATED HE WOULD GET HIS FRIEND TO INSTALL HIS TOILET PARTS... THE DRAIN CLEANING WE PROVIDED DID IN FACT UNCLOG THE CUSTOMERS TOILET."
The plumber was on time and very professional. He did a great job. I had a question concerning the heating system. Instead of just leaving, he stayed around and checked out the heater. I would recommend Reliable Pluming to family and friends.
Eventully we are going to have them come out to clean the heater and install sink faucets as well.
He listened to what I thought, allowing me to show him what I already tried to do....quickly diagnosed the problem and had the drain clog cleared in 20 minutes.
I would recommend Reliable Plumbing for similar services.
"Dear Member, Reliable Plumbing & Drain cleaning has been in business since 1993. Fact is we completed a job for you in Aug 2010 and after we completed your job you seemed pleased. It wasn't until Jan 2011 that we heard from you again stating your drain was backed up. You called our office on a Sunday evening and our drain cleaner (Ron) couldn't make it out to your property to complete the service call until the following day which was Monday. The reason that Ron didn't make it to your property until then was due to HEAVY SNOW FALL, which I guess is the reason the drain cleaner had wet boots and walked through your house. We do apologize for this as we also apologize for the bad weather. The job we completed for in Aug was completed and you had no complaints. There was two problems 1. When our drain cleaner came to your house in Jan and cleared your drain it was in fact a "rag" of some sort that you had flushed this had nothing to do with anything Reliable Plumbing Inc. had done. Second problem you had was in the street that was in fact an issue with the township, although we would have been more than happy to help you with this our company could not because this issue is again in the street and this particular issue was with your township. We do understand we can not please every single customer, had Reliable Plumbing known that you were in fact not satisfied we could have and would have been more than happy to resolve any plumbing problem you had.
