Contacted Chandler by phone. We were able to e-mail him pictures of the broken glass window, which saved us time. He immediately sent an estimate which was very reasonable and much lower than replacing the entire window would have been. He came when promised and replaced the window pieces to perfection! There was some additional work that was done after the original estimate was made, and we expected that the cost might be increased. Chandler never charged us for the additional work, saying that it was all a part of the job and that once he estimated a job, he stuck by his word. We were so impressed by the quality of his work and his professionalism! The replaced pieces were exact matches to the others in the window. The window sparkled and the work area was spotless when he left. The work is also guaranteed for ten years!! The project went very smoothly from an exceptionally precise and detailed description of exactly what would be done all the way through the final installation, including cleaning of the new windows inside and out after installation so that they literally sparkled. Chandler Coleman is a true pro and artist.

I received a two and one half page, single-spaced detailed written estimate that explained every step in the process. I had asked for the work to be done by Christmas and it was completed almost two weeks before Christmas. I was kept apprised of progress every step of the way.The windows are beautiful.
