He canceled from original date 5/5/17 due to rain, rescheduled for 5/8/17 at 2:45pm texted to find out how work was coming along at which point he advised that his crew would be at my house at 5pm. I questioned the 5pm start time he replied he would come first thing Tuesday morning and would be done by 12 noon. I texted Tuesday mid morning, and was advised that he had just got there and he would be done by 2pm. At 2:45pm work was still not done and his crew was leaving. I left payment for him with 75 % of the work being completed he advised that he would be back around 4:30pm to complete the job. He did not come back. I have not received any response from him and I have left several messages and text messages for him.
