Originally OK, but it went downhill when they no longer returned calls, and did not refund our money as promised.

They gave us an estimate and did not try to push us to buy slate which was much higher. They were working in cold weather, but did not stop them from being very professional.

The service these guys provided for me was great and the quality of the work they did was just spectacular. Their pricing was very reasonable and overall I'm very pleased with them.

Ours is a fairly large, two-story house with a walk-up attic, two gables, and a steeply-pitched roof. Before we met with Brian from AP Home Services, we had gotten estimates from several roofers. Brian's estimate for replacing rotten soffits and fascia, removing the old slate roof, jumping the box gutters, installing aluminum gutters, and installing under-layment and CertainTeed 30-year shingles, was cheaper than two estimates we'd had for jumping the gutters alone! Suffice it to say, we were delighted with Brian's estimate. The work was begun two days later. The crew was highly professional, their workmanship impeccable. The roof and gutters look great. We have had torrential rains since the work was completed, with no leaks in the attic or water in the basement. AP's crew also perfectly patched small leaks in our front porch and pantry roof without charge. We recommend AP Home Services highly and will use them for windows and a patio door as well!

I met with Brian from AP Services to get estimate for a new roof installed on a home that I own. His price was the lowest out of three estimates I received. Although it was their busy time of the year, the job was not started for a couple weeks after the original time frame I was given. In fact I called to see if they were still coming. Once the project began everything seemed fine. After the first heavy rain I noticed water coming in the basement and through the ceiling on the front porch of the home. When removing the old shingles, debris had clogged the downspouts on the front of the home which caused the gutters to overflow. I'm not sure exactly what caused the front porch to leak (flashing not installed correctly)? I contacted AP Home Services who then contacted the installer. Someone did come out to address the problem. Since then everything seems to be fine. Also the installers left a lot of materials that I ended up having to remove myself.
