"The way our team does clean up after the work is completed is our signature of service! Thank you for noticing their efforts. What a pleasure to work with clients like yourself. Blessings!"
"Below please see the response from our branch manager as you made mention of in your review. It clearly and concisely addresses your issue. As with all stump grinding proposals, we provide three options for clean up of the resultant debris. Here are the options as stated on your estimate. Option A (the one you selected): Leave all stump debris lay as is with no clean up. Option B (the one you did not select): Backfill the hole with the stump grindings to make level with grade. Remove the excess stump grindings from site. Option C (the one you did not select): Clean up and dispose of all the stump grindings leaving the empty hole for the homeowner to fill with soil. The pictures that you provided, do accurately reflect what a yard looks like after a stump has been ground out. You can view videos of this process on YouTube and see similar results and processes by other professional tree care firms. You did save money on the option that you selected and opted to do your own clean up, unfortunately this is the anticipated result. Response to your email: Hi E. First of all, thank you for allowing us to do this work for you. I greatly appreciate your business. After 40 years of being in business, you are not the first person to realize that the amount of, and the spread of, debris is more than you thought it might be. The operator, who is very professional, can do little to control the volume of debris or the area in which it is spread. Thank you for providing us with the pictures. They show exactly what I would expect to see. I appreciate your comment about how clean the yard looked when the tree removal crew was finished. If you had elected options B or C on the quote for us do the stump debris clean up, the yard would have looked the same as when the tree removal crew left. Thanks again for your business."
