One of three contractors contacted and the only one that inspected the roof and inside water intrusion points. Sean identified possible causes and his recommendations. He did the work and subsequent rain proved he had solved my problems. Clean-up was good. Sean is a thorough and experienced professional who takes personal pride in the work he performs. He is very agreeable to answering homeowner questions. He treated our home as if he was repairing his own house. If I need any future roofing/gutter work, Summit will do it.

Sean from Summit Roofing called me almost as soon as I logged off Service Magic. He said he would be right over to inspect the problem, gave me an estimate and he said he would come back the next day. Sean shows up on the time he said he would , takes care of the problem and then tests for any further problem. Professenal. clean,prompt, and very reasonal. If you need a roofer, this is the roofer YOU need.

They exceeded my expectations. They were quick to respond to my request for a quote and complete the work. They not only repaired the flashing where I needed it, but checked over the entire house to re-secure loose areas. Very impressive.
