The salesman Rich told me they would use white azak composite wood but did not, I complained and he had the guys use something much thinner and not the color I wanted. I was also told the screws would not be seen because they are done differently, that was a lie. the crew was absolutely unprepared for this job. Apparently the salesman had very little communication with the crew and they had no idea what was in store for them. this was a 3 story house and the materials had to get on the roof, and the old had to get off. They had no clue.
