Purchased a summer weed control service through Angie's List. They showed up the 4 times as contracted. They completely eliminated the dandelions that were in the yard, which I loved. However, we ended up with a bunch of different kinds of weeds that we didn't have previously. I would have signed up for some additional coverage or talked to the team about what we were seeing, but no one from the company ever called to follow up or see if we were happy with the service. They probably could have up-sold me if there were things they could have done to make the yard look better.

I suppose ok, but I still have weeds on the lawn. This was also after the yard was just treated. I was not home, but they left a sign on my lawn.

"[Member Name Removed], Thank you for your feedback. I would just like to clarify that the weeds typically take about 2 to 3 weeks to die. Also, One application, which is what you have received, is not a magic bullet that will kill all weeds - though our treatments do provided quite full spectrum weed control. The third thing I would like to point out is that summer is not the time we can be fully aggressive against the weeds - we can only apply be somewhat against the weeds in the heat of the summer. Thank you for your business though. Perhaps you would like to sign up for a regular treatment plan of fertilizer and weed control? Thanks, Rob"

They were definitely responsive answering on my first call to them. The young man was very polite and professional. He did not have the authority to schedule the service. However, he took all of my information to pass along to the owner and call me back within the next couple days. He actually did call back. I was somewhat concerned due to how inexpensive the Angie?s List deal was, but they went out of their way to accommodate me. They treated me like a priority and gave me prompt scheduling. I am really grateful for their excellent and exceptional service that had with Beat The Weeds Lawn Care. I would definitely use them again and recommend.
