If we could give them MORE than 5 stars, we certainly would! We HIGHLY recommend CertaPro Painters of the GLV for interior painting. From start to finish, their entire Team was professional in how they approached the job. And, they provided high quality service at a reasonable and competitive cost. We were VERY impressed with how the owner of the company provided us with a complete overview and confirmation of what we could expect and then remained in touch as the job progressed. The primary painters, Jose and Luis, with additional help from Benjy, were simply THE BEST! They were quite skilled at and knowledgeable about painting - as well as cheerful and a general delight to have in our home for 3 days. They did a beautiful job and we (who co-owned one of the Lehigh Valley's largest home inspection business for nearly 2 decades) are beyond pleased! CertaPro of the GLV is a woman-owned business, and the attention to detail definitely shows! We will absolutely use CertaPro of the GLV again for any future painting jobs!

Cesai and Rob did an excellent job. They exceeded expectations by getting the job completed faster than expected without sacrificing quality. We couldn't find any fixups! They They cleaned the sink area so that it was cleaner than when they started and anything they moved was put back. Everyone was kind and respectful from owner (Lisa) to estimator (Mark) to production manager (Al) to the painters (Cesai & Rob).

The quote process was efficient and clear from the beginning. Keith, the painter did a great job at repairing nail pops, nail holes, cracks, etc. He also did a great job painting all of the areas especially the high ceiling above the stairwell. We are very pleased with the entire process and have already recommended CertaPro to others.

The service was incredible, from sales to office support to the actual painters who worked the project. I do think I overpaid for the actual work, however. I expressed my concerns to the sales person and, while I received a nice email to explain the rationale, I did expect a slight/courtesy adjustment as a sign of good faith. Fat chance! Anyway, I am still happy overall with the work. I might not consider Certa pro again, because of the price.

Fantastic experience. Online estimate request allowed me to schedule an appointment without the usual delays. Contractor followed up on the online request the next day and kept their appointment. Estimator was very knowledgeable and professional and delivered my proposal delivered that day. Paint crew did an exceptional job with the drywall repairs as well as the painting. They were neat, fast, and detailed. An overall professional job. They were very attentive to any special requests I made during the process. I would highly recommend them.

They did a great job. When there was a problem with stains seeping through fresh paint, owner Lisa Costas was eager to find a way to solve the problem, and she did. Everything was done to our satisfaction. The painters are the cleanest workmen I’ve ever hired. I will hire them again for any future painting we need done.

The whole staff, from Lisa (Owner), to Mark (Estimator), Lillie (Office Manager) to Luis and the 2 other gentlemen on the crew, was all very professional, courteous and organized. Mark came to the house to see what the job entailed, he took measurements of everything, and explained what optional/additional work might be required due to the type of wallpaper and the fact that it may not come off easily (as was evident when a family member tried to remove it previously). I received a very clear written quotation in a timely manner. The job took approximately 3 days. The crew was on time and cleaned up after themselves every day. The job required wallpaper removal, spackle/wall repair, and skim coating before painting. On the 2nd day they had Lisa (the owner) come to the job site to review the situation and what further work was going to be required to complete the job with the best result as there was some wall damage still showing at that point. Lisa called me from the job site to explain what was going on. She also explained that the sanding that would be necessary would leave dust in the house although they would try to put up plastic barriers to prevent what they could. They did their best to clean and remove as much dust as they could. The 27 year old walls now look as beautiful as brand new construction. I would recommend this company. They keep the customer well informed and have you do a walk through to make sure you are satisfied at the completion of the job. The work crew did a great job and Lillie in the office was very efficient at assisting with any paperwork and payment.

It was a free estimate. They were really willing to adjust the estimate based on like line items. Like if I wanted this done and not that done. I could sort of price it out or kind of keep it together the way I wanted. It wasn't like an all or nothing estimate. It was like okay. If you don't want this, we'll take off that much, if you want this, you can add that little bit. They were willing to work with shutters or no shutters or the exterior of the house or not the exterior or just the front of the house and not the back of the house.

Everyone at CertaPro was professional: the estimator, the scheduler, and the painters. They were doing such a good job with the high-ceiling rooms that we called to get an estimate for having them finish painting our entire house. Someone came out that day, and the painters stayed on to complete the house. The guys did an excellent job. They were on time; they were efficient; and they cleaned up thoroughly after each day of painting. We will be recommending them to anyone we know who needs painting done at their house.

Had several areas/rooms to do. Due to scheduling issues, had CertaPro do 2 rooms and used another contractor for the rest. For what CertaPro charged, the painting could have been better. Folks from the office are wonderful, but the painting is more important. Also not so sure they were honest about priming they say they did as I was not home for that and my house sitter did not observe the painting.

These people ARE professionals. I needed to have a job done on short notice and they came the day if for the estimate and two days later, my kitchen was getting repainted. Everything went extremely well. I received a very prompt response to my initial email & within a day or two a Sales Rep came out to price out the job. The following week the painters came (ended up coming a day early which worked in my favor) & they completed the job within 1 day vs. two days as initially anticipated. The work was done very professionally. Cut outs were excellent & they left everything very clean upon completion. I will definitely use them again if I have a need and would strongly recommend them to family and friends.
