He came and everything went very well. He was very prompt and nice to speak with over the phone for scheduling. We would absolutely use them again.

I phoned Mr. Vonada around 5 pm at night after a terrible crash signaled what could have been a very serious problem with my 75 yr old wooden garage door. The next morning at 9:00 am as promised he was at my home. He ratcheted up the door, found the problem - a broken pin had loosed the heavy steel chain that in turn compressed the large coil which hung loosely off its track. He replaced the pin, re-hooked and adjusted the chain, sliced a broken wire and oiled all parts of the door. Mr. Vonada resolved the problem which allowed me to retrieve my car. For the two hours of work I judge the charges most reasonable. I can easily recommend his services without reservation.

Great experience. Called back same day after initial message, was out promptly for an estimate. Originally was contemplating repairing 17 year old Stanley Openers, once of which had failed completed. Roger provided a profession opinion to replace not repair given the useful lifetime of the existing openers and the cost to repair (Stanley parts can be hard time find or pricey since they went out of business). No high pressure tactics. Offered the most inexpensive replacement option initially - I chose the mid-level belt drive for quiet after understanding the price and feature/benefit difference. He was out the following Wednesday to install. Was on site about 5 hours. Very near and orderly. Punctual to the minute both times (said 8:30am, arrived at 8:30 sharp). Don't expect to need to use again soon, but would recommend to anyone.
