They are efficient, prompt, professional and get the report to you when they promised. The report was very detailed and they don't sell you something if you don't need it. I would highly recommend them. Thaddeus followed up with me without asking him to and made sure I was satisfied with the service. Great organization.

Customer service on both phone (Thaddeus) and in person (Justin) was phenomenal. Justin was a great worker who arrived on time, explained what he was doing and answered all of our questions. He was pleasant and professional, even when the job unexpectedly became a little more than expected. We could not be more pleased with our Mold Medic experience.

Every member of the Mold Medics staff, from the assessment to the end of the job was professional, competent, respectful and friendly. The mold in my home had grown behind several pieces of furniture and Thaddeus showed me other places where it was starting to grow. He gave me an easy-to-understand explanation of the nature of mold problems and concluded the suggestions for preventative measures that I should take for when the job was completed. The 3 workers who came on the day of the remediation were every bit as wonderful as Thaddeus. I am so thankful for their exemplary work ethic.

They removed the mold and did a good job but I had to call back to get the air scrubber and fan brought once I reviewed my invoice and realized those weren t left. Otherwise they were nice about it

Thaddeus came to our home, made a very thorough examination of our basement for mold, took air samples and answered all of our questions. The air sample report, made by an out-of-state laboratory, was mailed to us within 5 days of Thaddeus' visit and in a telephone call he answered all of our questions about the report and how to address matters raised in the report. We could not ask for better service - and the price was right!

We hired Mold Medics to eliminate the mold in our basement. Thaddeus, Justin, and Adama were very professional. They were quick to respond to inquiries, arrived on time, and did an excellent job.

Far more knowledgeable than I. Was prompt to request for help. Was honest and did not try to sell me services that I did not need. Quickly assessed the problem and recommended solutions. Will look to them in the future for duct cleaning etc....

Everyone was polite and professional. Thaddeus didn't waste any time getting the ball rolling. Justin and Adama did the actual mold removal. When they were finished my game room was spotless. All the paperwork was done online which is a plus for me. I highly recommend this business.

Did a good job. cost was a little higher than I thought it would be. Although it was a mesdy job snd they did well to gontain the mess, there was still a layer of white residue covering just about everything in the area where the work was done. Dedpite that, I would hire them again.
