This was my first experience dealing with mold in my home. Was unsure of what to do until I found Mold Medics on HomeAdvisor. Thaddeus came to my home for the initial consultation and made me aware and comfortable of what the procedure would be. Justin and Adama performed the work and did a great job. I would recommend Mold Medics to all those needing mild removed from there homes.

Johnny came over for an air duct cleaning. He was kind, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He had used Zillow to get an idea of where to look for things in the house, speeding the process along, and he did a great job explaining the process to me. While he was explaining, he quickly noticed that whoever we had bought the house from had floored over the returns. He could have started work, but he took the time to explain the options to me and fully supported my decision to wait until my contractor could address the return problems first. I really appreciated Johnny's honesty and his very experienced understanding of everything pertaining to the job. These guys know their work intimately and I can trust them. Can't wait to have them come back to finish the job!

John and Manager Dan Halliday came over to offer an inspection and gave us a bid on mold treatment. John and Dan took time to explain treatment procedures and answer questions. They were so personable and made us feel comfortable and knew we were in the right hands to remedy the situation. John agreed to expedite the service and brought two outstanding professional team members, Justin and Adama who were so gracious. They went to work right away with containment, putting up plastic before mold treatment. They were diligent and kind. I was impressed that they knew we had to repair tile and drywall that needed to be cut out so they were very cautious in cutting and extracting the area so we didn't have huge expense upon repair after their job was finished. It was that "extra effort" that endeared Justin and Adama to us. It was so refreshing to be handled with concern and respect that they would go to lengths to preserve as much surface area as they could without quickly demolitioning more than they needed ! It meant savings in the long run for us. The manager Dan and John came over to inspect everything for us after treatment. They stand behind their work and you felt assured that the problem was resolved due to their thoroughness and efforts. They cleaned up after themselves, did not take lengthy breaks. What work horses! I highly recommend Mold Medics, 811 Washington Avenue in Carnegie, PA. John, Dan, Justin and Adama are a dream team, a dream come true if you have any mold issue.

I can t say enough about Thaddeus and his customer service. He listened to everything that we needed and every concern that we had and made sure they were addressed in our project. The work that the mold Medics Team did was outstanding. Not only did they remove all the mold we needed to and cleaned up the entire basement so it looked amazing. The project was done in an old house that was just purchased and we couldn t be happier. I would highly recommend mold medics to anyone in need of their service

This company was very professional and took care of my problem at a responsible price. I had a negative air supply put in my basement sump pump, sealing done along the basement perimeter along with an enzyme spray and duct cleaning. I highly recommend them!
