Excellent.  I was having a new range hood installed and I called Pat Ferris and he came to the house immediately.  He did not give an estimate (I did not ask for one) because there was additional work that needed to be done and he would need to look at the various boxes for wiring, etc.  We set up a time for the work to be done and he was punctual and wasted no time completing the work.
Pat is a super friendly and honest electrician.  For example, I asked if I need a new breaker box and after closely inspecting and working on the box he said I didn't need to replace it.  2 other electricians said I should.
