Quisine 360

Marty Qually is an amazing caterer.  He did the food for my daughter's outdoor wedding on Oct. 1, 2011.  Prior to the wedding, he helped us plan the menu and did a tasting for us.   When we sampled his food and saw his presentation, we knew we were in for a very special wedding.  Two days before the wedding, Marty met us at the site and figured out where he would do the set up.  The venue was very rustic, and all Marty had to work with was a hose and an extension cord.  On the wedding day,  the weather conditions were terrible (cold pouring rain).  His food was fabulous!  Every single dish was wonderful and the guests couldn't stop talking about it.  His staff was cheerful and friendly, despite their discomfort.  The reception food was served family-style, so the servers had to come and go from their catering tent, through the rain, into the reception tent.  I didn't hear one complaint.  An added bonus is that Marty uses all local, free-range meats, seasonal and organic fruit and vegetables, which was important to us.  AND his prices are very low for the quality that you are getting. Two weeks later, I have wedding guests emailing me about how good the food was!  When was the last time you remembered the food served at a wedding?   If you are looking for an event caterer, look no further.  Quisine 360 is what all caterers should be, but so few are.  Kudos to Marty and his staff for helping make my daughter's wedding so great that it overcame the weather.
