They were very professional and did what I wanted.

They are pretty good. They come out once a month. They come out every four weeks. They basically do a real thorough cleaning of everything. They vacuum, wash the floors and clean the bathroom. They are pretty thorough. Their quality of work is really good. I will continue to use them. I would recommend them to others.

They are great people to work with.  The management is wonderful and accomadating.  The crews that come to house are good, willing to do whatever is needed and will make sure that I am satisified.  I'm very happy with their services.

After seeing a few positive reviews of MaidPro on Angie's List, I decided to have them on a bi-weekly schedule at my home. I reviewed with them that I had two small dogs. I also reviewed that I hadn't had anyone in to clean in a long time, and that I didn't upkeep the mopping of the floors. I was very honest about the size of my house and so on and so forth. I was willing to pay a price that everyone told me was too expensive because I expected stellar service. The day before my cleaning, I did not receive a confirmation call as promised. I wasn't even sure if they would show up. After returning home on the day of my cleaning, I was left a note that said they did not have time to do my basement or office. THey only cleaned two bedrooms, my kitchen, my living room, and one bathroom (after supposedly staying for five hours). When I walked into my kitchen and touched the counter, I had crumbs on my hand. When I looked behind one of my doors, there was dust and a sock that they obviously didn't see because they didn't clean back there. I was so disappointed with the service. The next day, I called to discuss my disappointment with the company. I explained my story and my concerns with the person who answered the phone, and she then told me she was the person who cleaned my house. She was very upset I didn't like the cleaning, and kept on defending herself instead of understanding why I was upset about the two areas that weren't clean and the areas that were not fully complete. She told me that her lack of cleaning was basically due to the 'condition of my house'. I will be honest with you: I hate cleaning, but I do it, but definitely not up to professional standards. I had explained to them I hadn't mopped my floors in a long time, and I had never cleaned my baseboards (which is part of their service). She even said I was very honest about the size of my house and everything, so there were no surprises. But apparently the 'condition' was just unsurmountable for her. I'm a professional business woman who has guests at her house on a regular basis, I don't have clutter, and I do not live in squallor by any means. I can fully admit I needed a full house clean hence why I hired someone for twice the price of other quotes because I was willing to pay for great service. After them telling me I would get a call to resolve the situation, I was left a voicemail saying they were discontinuing service with me. The woman was incredibly upset about my complaint, and nothing was done to rectify the situation. I was so furious. There's nothing I can do, I wrote a check to them and I'm sure they've already cashed it. Please do not use this company. I don't want the same thing to happen to you that happened to me. I will say, my bathroom looked wonderful. She did a great job in there.

Our service was excellent. The staff member followed all of the instructions I had given on the phone, and asked me questions when necessary. She took extra time in those rooms that really needed attention. Even though the service took longer than estimated, the price was the same as my quote. I plan to use MaidPro for all of our cleaning needs.

Not good. Company did not account for how they spent the supposed 8 hours to clean house. I asked for an accounting of those hours and did not receive before Maidpro charged my credit card. They also sprayed oven cleaner and did not remove, including on cabinets. I had to call them to come back to redo the oven. Oven cleaner overspray on cabinets was also noted. I had to spend at least 2 hours cleaning up oven cleaner from the cabinets. Since oven cleaner was left on oven so long, it left permanent residue on heating element components. Would have considered improving survey scores if company would have offered to refund part of cleaning expense. This experience left a bad impression of the Maidpro company overall, not just this branch.

Maid Pro was excellent. They worked fast and were efficient and thorough. They are completely trustworthy in my home, which is important to me and they get the work done quickly.
