"[removed member name], Thank you for taking the time to review us. I see that you were not happy with our service and I sincerely apologize for that. We are sorry that your regularly scheduled Cleanician moved to a different career path before your second scheduled monthly cleaning. We do everything we can to keep turnover low but unfortunately, she decided a different job was a better fit for her. We notified you of this change (and also about your upcoming appointment) by email but we mistook the letter "u" for a "w" on your contract. The email was not returned to us so we assumed you had received it. It is our policy if an email is returned to us to give the client a call. We indeed did try to reach you by phone the day after you informed your Cleanician that you would like to speak with us. As regards to our maid not knowing what to clean in your home, she did have a detailed Work Order but was unsure of what to do because at that time you gave her different instructions than what we previously had. (I’m sure this was due to the fact that you were not expecting us.) We are so sorry for the inconvenience we caused. We wish you all the best, Jessica Ramer General Manager"

"Customer, I am so sorry that this happened to you! Our Estimator was not able to locate the address we were given. When we book an estimate, we ask several questions. One question specifically is for the phone number in case we need to contact the client before the quote. We take many phone calls every day and we realized that your phone number was not put in your file. We apologize! I know you were looking forward to us coming out and we were as well! We were in the office during this time hoping you would give us a call so we could explain the situation right away! Unfortunately, we did not receive your call. "Customer, so sorry to read your recent review! We are actually shocked because your last parting words were that we are still the best! I’m so sorry we weren't able to meet all your cleaning needs. For our part, we knew we were not a good fit. We tried on two different occasions to sever our business relationship but you would not hear of it! It is so important that we are able to clean each home as thoroughly as it needs to be. Because you skipped many cleanings and did not want to pay for any extra time, we did the absolute best we could in the time you allowed us We still tried to be as thorough possible with this limitation put on us. I assure you; we use top of the line cleaning supplies! The products that we use are not inexpensive and are not bought at any local stores. We are proud that we are a green cleaning company and so we use products that are safe for the environment, safe for our clients and safe for our Cleanicians. Because we are a green company, these products do not have the same strong smell as many harsher chemicals. We are willing to use a stronger product when requested and provided. Unfortunately, since this request was not made we were not to accommodate you. We ask many clients to post a review on Angie’s List; and yes, we do offer a free cleaning for the time and trouble they have taken out of their busy day. WE DO NOT TELL THEM WHAT TYPE OF REVIEW TO POST. It is up to each individual client to review us as they see fit."
"Customer, I’m so sorry that you were unhappy with our service! We strive very hard to send the same Cleanician to each home for every cleaning. This is based on regular, repeat service (weekly, bi-weekly and monthly). You always gave us a call the day before you wanted a cleaning. Our Cleanicians each have very full schedules with repeat clients. We were happy when we had an opening and were able to get your home cleaned for you even on a short notice! For your initial clean, we were able to pull together a team at 4:30 p.m. for the next day (as per your request). We apologize that one of the Cleanician’s called in sick. Because it was such short notice, we did not have any other techs available to take her spot. I assure you; we use top of the line cleaning supplies! Our products are not inexpensive and they are not purchased at any local stores. We are proud that we are a green cleaning company and so we use products that are safe for the environment, safe for our clients and safe for our Cleanicians. Even though we are a green company we will use any product you request and provide. Because we are a green company, these products do not have the same strong smell as many harsher chemicals. We are happy to change the bed linens on the master bed when they are left out for us (and also the other beds but an additional charge is incurred). We do not remove bath towels unless specifically asked to. We apologize for the Cleanician who was on the phone while she was cleaning. We have strict rules against any phone calls while in a client’s home other than for an emergency."

Estimating is an art, especially over the phone! :) We do pride ourselves on being accurate 95% of the time. Unfortunately, we were not able to completely clean your home in the time we estimated due to the level of cleaning your home needed. We asked you if you’d like to purchase more time but you declined. We tried to finish any areas we started before we left."
