Description of Work: Don't know how to start off? This company is not professional and shouldn't be in the house cleaning business. Sub par cleaning techs and product you can pick up at the dollar store. I made a huge mistake having this company come clean for us. First there computer system got hacked and my credit card info was compromised. What a nightmare! I agree with the other reviewers about cheap product. I never understood how you can clean a house from top to bottom with the same product? All of our toilets never got cleaned, they even developed a red ring in the bowl a couple times. I had asked the girls why they didn't use a different product? They should be using commercial product that kill bacteria and leaves a clean smell. The other strike was the amount of time the techs spent in my house. I have a quite large house and the techs are in and out in two hours. The house never smelled cleaned and with a dog in the house that's important! I even called the owner Lisa on separate occasions and got promised that things would get better. Never did and that's why I let them go. The only other suggestion I have is take the reviews from this provider with a grain of salt. The owner of TE told us if we wrote a good review we would get our next cleaning for free.

Description of Work: Lisa promptly responded to my inquiry for housecleaning services. She thoroughly told me what to expect and what it would cost. Also, she paired me with a woman specific to my needs and personality. Alexandra and Silke were delightful to have in my home. I look forward to continued years of service.
