They are very good. The technician, Russ, is very courteous and punctual. They also offered a very professional estimate as well.

I got a coupon and I think I spent $30 on top of the coupon. They were professional. They came and were prompt and honest.

They called a day or two previously to inform us of the "window of arrival". The day of the service they called us several times to narrow that window to a specific time and informed us of any delays due to extra time that may be required for prior service calls. Andy was on time, thoroughly checked out the heating system, discussed findings and remedied any problems, recommended temperature setting operation for improved operation of the system for each season (including lowering energy cost), and gave us the option of whether or not to install improved filter before proceeding. Although the cost of the annual Preventive Maintenance Agreement ($373) seems high for semi-annual service calls (1/2 of which is included in the cost we listed for the service above) the company and its employees have consistently worked with us to repair problems in an expeditious and cost-effective manner. The remainder of the cost listed above reflects the cost of installing the new and improved filter ($57).

The technician told us that the system needed replaced. It couldn't be serviced. He called the estimator. When he came, which was in a timely manner, he was very thorough in looking the job over. Afterwards, he explained everything. He gave us several different prices and options. He was very knowledgeable about their products. The whole staff was friendly and professional. Eventhough we did not use Leggett for this particular job, I would not hesitate to use them in another job.

I own an older house, build in the late 60's/early 70's with all electric baseboard heat and no central air. And for 13 years, since owning it, we used noisy window units to cool the house. The kids when younger slept in our room but as they grew older it was too inconvenient for all of us. We needed a whole house system. But being an older house, that I had remodeled over the years, i wasnt about to rip the walls out to install ducts for A/C. But i heard advertisements on the radio for ductless systems and wanted to learn more. So I started my search for a whole house Heating & A/C company in May of 2013. Now keep in mind, i remodeled my own home, so i know more than the average Joe about home construction and how things work. So i was curious on what the salesman would be telling me. So over the next four months I had six different companies set up appointments to meet at my house to go over their ideas and give me quotes. Out of the six companies that took time out of my day to meet at my house, I never heard from 2 ever again, one said he'd make things work and do a duct system all through the house but never showed me his plans to install a whole house "return" on my main floor...probably because it couldn't be done!; one company was forcing me to sign by the end of May to receive discounts like a used car salesman; one y wanted to run three layers of piping across the front of my house that would look horrible, one salesman, which I even told to his face that I had other salesman there that I never heard back from, says " we'd never do that"...well he was the second one that i never heard from again. I even had to call his boss to see why i never heard back from them. And of course he defended his salesman and made excuses. I marked them off the list immediately. So with my frustrations were running high and not thinking I'd find a reliable company, I took one last shot at the Yellow Pages ( i wasnt an Angie's List customer at the time). I called Leggetts Inc of Camp Hill PA and when their salesman answered the phone, I told him what i wanted and he gave me a ballpark quote. It was higher than i expected so I almost ended the call there. But he said let me come out and take a look and see what we can do. So when Jeff, their salesman, showed up, we hit it off great and started looking around. He suggested using two ductless units on the main floor and an a ducted system in the attic for upstairs. He was the only salesman to show me exactly where he was planing to run the duct work in the attic and how everything was going to work. He was very professional and i could tell he knew what he was talking about. Within a day I had his proposal. Although it was a little higher priced than expected, i felt so comfortable with them and knew i was getting quality work that we decided to go with them. Because you get what you pay for, right? And quality was exactly what we got. In early November, they had the system up and running in two days and did a very professional job. They were very informative and personable workers and I'd highly recommend them. I'd be willing to talk to anyone considering them because I have no complaints. Our system is working wonderfully this hot summer!

Leggett came out an gave me a detailed explanation of what they would do. It was a very informative session. They conducted themselves in a very professional manner from initial consultation through to the completion of the job. I have recommended them to my son and friends. I am extremely satisfied with their product and their workmanship.

Leggett employees are always professional, arrive on time, and explain all they are going to do and any potential problems. I have been a customer for over 10 years and have a maintenance agreement for service 2x per year. They always contact me to set up service appointments and arrive when they say they will. They are also extremely responsive when there is a problem (old thermostat went out during a winter cold spell) and come to resolve the problem quickly.

Russ performed an electrical inspection on 4/17 and performed updates on 4/24/14.

Russ arrived on time as always and got right to work. He installed our toilet and repaired sink in the kitchen. He is the best plumber ever!!! He always uses booties while in the house.

Russ arrived promptly for the assessment and then one week later he completed the updates. He explained our low cost and higher cost alternatives for grounding the electrical box, replacing the outlets, and the water pressure reduction system. We would use Leggett, Inc. again. Russ was very clear and concise in his explanations and presentation of alternative solutions.

Somewhat higher price than others we contracted, "BUT" very professional, came exactly on time, are conscientious about carpet/soiling and does the work efficiently. We have never had to call them back to fix what they were supposed to do.

Keith made this an effortless service on my part. He was here when he said he would be, was respectful, personable and professional. I called Leggett and they scheduled the service and called the morning of service to tell me Keith was on his way; He was here on time and explained everything he was doing and what needed to be done. The price was exactly what Leggett quoted it would be. My generator was originally installed by another vendor, who not only left me high and dry when it came to servicing it, but apparently didn't run the correct wiring to the panel, which was a safety hazard. I am thankful to have found Leggett and highly recommend their services.

The technician noticed a leak into the basement and investigated. Appeared to be from dishwasher. When plumber arrived, he looked under dishwasher and advised re probable cause and shut water off. This was above and beyond their contract for A/C installation and greatly appreciated.

Excellent as always and as noted above. I've also had the occasion to use Leggett for both separate electrical and plumbing issues, one of which was extensive. The $75 coupons I had from Angie's List were both honored. The one plumbing problem was due to the installation of a Premier Care Beth tub. Though the. Salesman took a picture of my hot water heater that clearly states its capacity - insufficient for the tub. Since the water heater is I the utility closet with the HVAC system an extensive and creative solution was necessitated. Leggett suggested we try the less expensive solution to see if it would. Solve the problem rather than the expensive one.i appreciate that integrity. Fortunately the plan worked. All of that work which constituted many hours of research in addition to thetimeinmy home was only $488. I've had a service contract with them for several years at the recommendation of a neighbor and have recommended them to others who have also been very satisfied.

Arrived on time. Problem starting Generator for seasonal service. Had to go back to office to get part. . Leggett will submit claim for part covered by warranty. This first maintenance check was part of original install. The $250.00 is for next year maintenance plan. I went to work and left Jerry to do his job. Jerry left service order explaining what was done.

The service technician arrived on-time and explained the purpose of the visit. He was conscious of wearing booties in the house to prevent carrying snow and ice into my house. The service time was very reasonable.

Leggett service, estimators, and installation personnel were all very prompt, professional and friendly. Their evaluation of our old system and our needs for a new one were very fair. They did not try to sell us more than we needed. In fact, they dissuaded us from upgrading to more expensive options when they believed they would not provide us with much added benefit. I have owned two prior homes in the past 25 years and Leggett replaced the heating systems in both. I have been satisfied with their work whenever I have dealt with them. I did not compare prices for this install because I was willing to pay for what I new would be a professional, prompt, and very satisfactory installation using high quality components.

I have been using Leggett as my HVAC and plumbing contractor for more than 20 years and have been very pleased by their responsiveness and professionalism. When I replaced my heat pump several years ago, they gave me several choices, which they explained to my satisfaction, and they were always available to answer my questions.

I had a couple plumbing issues that needed correction - a malfunctioning toilet valve and a bad shower faucet. The workman was prompt and provided an estimate before commencing repairs. He did good work and worked quickly. Although he ran into unexpected difficulties, he worked thru the issues and completed the work for the price quoted. All fixtures are now in perfect working order.
