Excellent Service of our AC unit

Fred was very prompt in responding and showing up at the scheduled time. He went about his work in a professional manner, and even leveled the outdoor condensing unit as I asked him to. He cleaned the indoor and outdoor coils, and also verified the refrigerant operating pressures.

Perfectly Fred was on time, and very friendly and professional, I highly recommend him to anyone that needs A/C service.

The ad that was run, said $59.00. But when they came to service he told me it was $25.00 more. My furnace was oil and I saw nothing about it being more. Service man said he stopped running the special on oil furnaces. That would have been nice to know. He did not have all the supplies he needed. I gave him a plastic bowl to use for the servicing.

I bought a deal from AngiesList for servicing the A/c unit. The site asked for some preferred dates which I gave. I really thought that someone will contact me first and confirm that they would be able to come on my preferred date. NO, they did not think the same way. So, on one of my preferred days, the bell rings and lo and behold, Fred Cramer is standing there saying he is there to service the A/C. Even in-person, Fred's communication was not great. He checked the wiring, cleaned the outside unit, cleaned the wires in the furnace and was done in few minutes. I'm not sure if the money I paid is a good deal for the work he did.

Very prompt, professional and trustworthy. Very straight forward and made time to answer all of my questions. Will definitely call in the future.

Everything went well. This was a house we had recently purchased, and we were having trouble keeping it cool during the summer. I was concerned we might need a new system. Fred cleaned away some weeds and vines that were preventing airflow and checked out the entire system. This helped tremendously, and he did not try to sell us on any unnecessary services.

He was prompt and gave my son the appropriate details of his service. I wasn't able to speak with him personally but I think he did a great job for a very reasonable price.

The tech was great! Very professional and considerate (he called to advised that he was running little behind on appointments approximately 30 mins). Once it was installed he explained how to use it and showed me where to find certains instructions in the manual. I would call them again!

I didn't verify the maintenance checks offered in the Angie's list deal. I noticed he connected equipment at one point but wasn't sure how many items this was verifying were operating properly. I should have asked what else he checked besides the freon but didn't. Otherwise, the air conditioner continues to function properly.

The service technician arrived on-time and was friendly and professional in his demeanor. He immediately went to the basement to inspect the AC unit. I had a particular concern about the condenser pump as it seemed to be making some strange noises and I didn't know if it was malfunctioning or not. The service technician checked the entire unit and indicated that he used cleaner on the condenser but indicated there were no issues with the inside unit. He then inspected the outside unit and indicated that everything was in good shape from the unit itself and the wiring, so no further work was needed. The entire session took under an hour and I am pleased with the work and won't hesitate to utilize them in the future, if needed.

Everything went well. I was contacted right away as soon as I purchased the big deal from Angie's List. The work was done on time, professionally, and there was no additional cost.

Fred came out to service our Heat Pump and A/C after the rough winter we experienced. I felt that the heat pump had lost its "umph" as the winter went on. When Fred came out to service it, he noticed that the coils had developed a small hole which allowed the coolant to leak. Fred pointed the leak out to me, and then explained the options I had. After a brief discussion, he patched the hole and filled and tested the system. Fred was very professional and responsive in both scheduling his appointment, and while onsite at my home. I will be looking to him in the future with any HVAC needs I have.

He told me he want the pressure to be at 150 PSI and estimated it would take around 2 lbs of refrigerant and quoted a price. He then started and stopped at 135 PSI which was about 1.8 lbs of refrigerant. When I pointed this out to him he adjusted the amount to accurately reflect what he had installed. The work seems to have held up. He was punctual for the appointment and scheduling was easy.

I chose this provider because he had a great deal for AC and heat system tune-up/check-up. He was very quick compared to other HVAC technicians we've had, which makes me think that he may not have been as thorough or had completed as many checks as our previous technicians, but the AC and heat system are working just fine. Also, his truck broke down the day we were supposed to have the service completed, but he called early enough that I could cancel my leave and work that day. Overall, I was satisfied.

He was very nice and the price was reasonable. It was the first time I've dealt with him. I might use him again. He was perfectly satisfactory.

Fine...it was pretty fast. I don't know how extensive it was. He didn't talk much. Didn't look as professionally dressed as I've seen other companies, but I think he did what needed to be done. The price was right

This was our first time using Angie's list. We couldn't be more pleased. Mr. Cramer arrived on time and explained in detail what he was inspecting. We found him very knowledgeable and professional. If our air conditioning unit ever needs serviced, we would definitely call Mr. Cramer.

A good professional service. I purchased a $49 checkup for my home air conditioning system. Fred arrived on time and gave our system a full check, cleaning, etc. The system required addition of coolant Fred took care of it. All in all, a good reliable service that we would recommend and use again.

The contractor scheduled to perform the work @9:30 AM today. Contractor not showed up.

Fred was professional,punctual and performed the service as requested.

This gentleman is top notch in quality and customer service. I certainly understand why he is so booked up! He showed me parts that had to be replaced, explained why, and kept me "in-the-loop" every step he needed to perform. He was able to give me an estimate on the repairs and he was able to fix the same day as visit. I will continue to use this gentleman for my AC and furnace needs. Thanks for a great experience!!!

It was one of the specials running for AC tune up. It was fine. He did a good job. He answered my questions. He was right on time. He was real courteous.

He is reasonable and he comes on time. He is very personable.
